4.3 The two-stage partial trapezoidal short tooth synchronous thread (FJWP) and the two-stage rectangular short tooth synchronous thread (ISWP) used as the connecting thread of the milling pipe meet the requirements.
4.4 The first and second starting points of the two step threads should be consistent, the axial allowable error should not exceed 0.05mm, the thread ends should be complete and smoothly connected. The tooth profile dimensions of the two types of two-stage threads are shown in Figures 1 and 2. 4.5 The length of the milled pipe is 9000mm to 10000mm and is processed and inspected. 4.6 The surface of the two-stage synchronous thread of the milled pipe must be brush-plated with copper. 5 Test method
5.1 The two-stage synchronous thread of the milled pipe must be checked for buckle with a two-stage synchronous thread working gauge. The error of the thread length after buckle is not greater than 0.05mm. 5. 2 The milled pipe should be tested for sealing with clean water. The test pressure should be carried out according to the provisions of Table 1. There should be no leakage after the pressure is stabilized for 5 minutes. 5.3 The tensile load test is carried out on the test bench according to the maximum tensile load specified in Table 1. 3.175

Figure 2 Two-stage rectangular short tooth synchronous thread (TSWP) tooth size 5.4 Joint yield torque test is carried out on the test bench according to the joint yield torque specified in Table 1. 5.5 The set of milled pipes shall be subjected to ultrasonic flaw detection, and the defect level shall comply with the provisions of GB5777 ultrasonic flaw detection method for seamless steel pipes. The artificial defect level of the outer surface is C5, and the depth of the artificial defect on the inner surface does not exceed 0.54mm 5.6 The two-stage synchronous cracking of the set of milled pipes shall be subjected to carbon light magnetic particle flaw detection according to the magnetic particle flaw detection of steel pressure vessels in JB3965. The maximum allowable defect size is linear display I level and circular display I level. 5.7 The set of milled pipes shall be checked with the inner diameter gauge specified in Table 3. 5.8 The straightness of the casing should be checked with a ruler or a taut rope (line). The deviation of the milling pipe from the straight line (i.e., the chord height) should not exceed 0.1% of the total length.
5 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory requirements
The sleeve milling pipe must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer according to the prescribed inspection procedures, and attached with a product certificate before it can be shipped. S.2 Type test
5.2.1 Type test items are inspected according to 5.1 ~ 5.5.5.2.2 Type test is required in any of the following situations: a. Prototype trial production;
b. After formal production, if there are major changes in materials and processes that may affect product performance e. The factory inspection results are significantly different from the previous type test; d. The national quality supervision agency proposes a type test requirement, 3 Factory inspection
6.3.1 Each product must be checked for fit with a double-stage synchronous thread working gauge. 6.3.2 Each product must be tested for sealing.
6.3.3 2% of each batch of products shall be sampled for tensile load test and joint torque test according to Table 1. 6.3.4 Each product shall be tested according to 5.5, 5.6, 5.7. 6. 4 Judgment rules
According to 5.1, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7, 6.3, if any one of the inspection and test is unqualified, the product shall be double sampled. If it is still unqualified, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified. 7 The use of sleeve milling pipe shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of SY5247 sleeve milling operation. .! Each sleeve milling pipe shall be sprayed with the following marks with white paint at a distance of 500tunm from the internal thread: Ya, product name, trademark;
b. Spray IIWP or TSWP after the product name. Use the No. 7 prefix to stamp FJWP or .WP at a distance of 500mm from the external thread end:
c. Product outer diameter, wall thickness, length
d, manufacturer name, manufacturing date and number. 8.2 Packaging:

8.2.1 Before leaving the factory, the surface of each sleeve milling pipe should be derusted and sprayed with paint. The threads at both ends should be coated with sleeve thread sealing grease and equipped with thread protectors. 8.2.2 The sleeve milling pipes are grouped in groups of 6, divided into upper and lower layers and placed on wooden brackets and fixed with bolts. 8.3 When installing and transporting the product, care must be taken to prevent collision and protect the threads from being intact. 8.4 The product should be placed in a dry place. If stored in the open air, it should be covered with a seam and kept 0.8m or more to prevent corrosion. Additional remarks:
This standard was proposed and technically managed by the Petroleum Drilling Engineering Professional Standardization Committee. This standard was jointly drafted by the Drilling Technology Research Institute of the North China Petroleum Administration Bureau and the Mudanjiang Petroleum Machinery Factory. The drafters of this standard were Hao Yaqin and Zhang Xijun. This standard continued to be effective after the review in 199, and the review results have been approved by the State Administration of Petroleum and Chemical Industry.
