This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for T302Q, T304-1 and T305 type zinc oxide desulfurizer products. This standard is applicable to zinc oxide desulfurizers for removing hydrogen sulfide and some organic sulfides from industrial raw gas such as hydrocarbon steam reforming, oil refining, organic synthesis, and ammonia synthesis. Cited standards GB191 Pictorial symbols for packaging transportation GB/T6678 General rules for sampling of chemical products GB8170 Rules for rounding off values HG/T2513 Test methods for zinc oxide desulfurizers 3 Technical requirements 3.1 Physical properties and chemical compositions The main physical properties and chemical compositions of the products of this standard are listed in Table 1. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 The quality of the products of this standard shall be inspected by the quality supervision and inspection department of the manufacturer. The total amount of each batch of products inspected shall not exceed 25t. The manufacturer shall ensure that all products shipped out meet the technical requirements of this standard. Each batch of products shipped out shall be accompanied by a quality certificate. 5.2 The samples for product inspection shall be randomly sampled by a dedicated person from each quality supervision and inspection department. The number of sampling units shall be based on three times the cube root of the total number of product packaging units, that is, 3×VN (N is the total number of unit barrels). When a decimal is encountered, it is rounded up to an integer. The number of samples taken from the barrels shall not be less than 10 barrels. Take out about 3L of samples at a time, mix them thoroughly and evenly, and divide them into test samples and storage samples by reduction method. Put them into sample bottles and seal them separately, affix labels, indicate the product name, model, batch number, representative plate, sampling date, sampler, etc. The storage samples need to be stored for 1 year for inspection.
5.3 If a product fails to meet the inspection requirements, the relevant inspection equipment, instruments, chemical reagents, analytical instruments, etc. shall be checked. If the product still fails to meet the inspection requirements after re-inspection, the batch of products shall be determined as unqualified. 5.4 After the product leaves the factory, if the user has a dispute about the product quality, he/she has the right to re-inspect according to the test methods and inspection regulations specified in this standard, or to ask the relevant statutory inspection unit for arbitration.
5.5 The inspection results of this standard shall be revised according to GB8170 and compared with the values specified in the standard to determine whether the inspection results are qualified.
5.6 All technical requirements listed in this standard are type inspections, among which the technical indicators listed in Table 2 are factory inspection items. Under normal production conditions, type inspections shall be carried out at least once every six months. 6 Marking, packaging, storage and transportation
6.1 The packaging barrel shall be white (or light gray) and firmly marked with the following: model name, batch number, net weight (kg), trademark, manufacturer name, and conspicuously marked with the "afraid of moisture" and "no tumbling" signs in GB191. 6.2 The product shall be packaged in iron barrels or plastic barrels lined with plastic bags. The packaging volume of each barrel shall not exceed 50kg. When packaging, attention shall be paid to sealing and moisture-proof. The packaging barrel should be accompanied by a product quality certificate, which should include: model name, batch number, production date, manufacturer name, and the content that has been tested and meets the technical indicators of this standard.
6.3 The packaged products should be stored in a dry warehouse to prevent moisture and pollution. 6.4 It is strictly forbidden to drop, roll or hit during transportation. During transportation, rain protection measures should be taken to prevent the desulfurizer from getting wet. 2
