This standard was drafted by the School of Public Health of Tongji Medical University and the Institute of Occupational Disease Prevention and Control of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The main drafters of this standard are Zhang Minxuan and Wang Li. This standard is interpreted by the Institute of Labor Hygiene and Occupational Diseases, Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine, entrusted by the Ministry of Health. Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on April 3, 1996 and implemented on September 1, 1996
