This standard specifies the groove dimensions and tolerances of pneumatic O-rings (hereinafter referred to as O-rings) with a working pressure not exceeding 1.6MPa.
This standard applies to O-rings specified in JB/T6659. The hardness of the synthetic rubber material used in O-rings is 70 ± 5IRHD). Note: 1) IRHD is the international rubber hardness scale. Reference standard

Dimension series and tolerances of O-ring rubber seals for pneumatic use This standard uses the following letter codes:
Inner diameter of O-ring;
Cross section diameter of O-ring;
Groove bottom diameter when piston sealing;
Inner diameter of cylinder;
Piston rod diameter;
Piston rod sealing The bottom diameter of the groove; the outer diameter of the groove when axially sealing (under internal pressure); the inner diameter of the groove when axially sealing (under external pressure); the piston diameter (piston seal);
the diameter of the piston rod matching hole (piston rod seal); the width of the O-ring groove (without retaining ring);
