This standard is based on SYT0460-2000 "Natural Gas Purification Equipment and Pipeline Installation Engineering Construction and Acceptance Specifications" and follows the evaluation method of SY4024-93 "Petroleum Construction Project Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standard General Rules", which stipulates the guarantee items, basic items and allowable deviation items for the quality inspection and evaluation of the construction process of natural gas purification plants.

1.0.1 This standard applies to the inspection and evaluation of the quality of natural gas purification plant construction projects. 1.0.2 The division of the sub-items, sub-sections and unit projects of the construction project of the natural gas purification plant shall comply with the following provisions:
1 Sub-items: Pipelines are divided according to the main sequence (or process), equipment containers are divided according to sets,
2 Sub-projects: Divided by project type (or specialty): Process system: Large steel structures and tower equipment can also constitute a sub-project separately. 3. Unit project: Divided by industrial plant, design section, process system, and each project type (or) together constitutes a single project: When a project type (or specialty) has independent construction conditions or independent use functions, it can also constitute a unit project separately.
4 The names of the sub-items, sub-sections and unit projects of the construction and installation projects of natural gas purification plants with a processing capacity of more than 30×10%m3 shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.0.2.
