Petroleum and natural gas industry standard of the People's Republic of China SY 6350-1998
Safety technical procedures for multi-stage self-controllingsufe - firer for oil - well perforation This standard specifies the safety technical procedures for factory inspection, storage, transportation, and use of multi-stage safety detonators for oil and gas perforating (hereinafter referred to as detonators).
This standard is for units that use detonators. 2. Referenced standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard by reference in this standard: When this standard was published: The versions shown are all valid. All standards will be revised. Parties that stop using this standard should explore the possibility of using the weakest version of the following standards. SY5436-1998 Safety regulations for storage, transportation and use of explosives for petroleum perforating dynamic wellbore coring 3. Factory inspection
3.1. Packaging inspection
3.1.1 The packaging box used is tightly sealed and free of damage and extrusion. 3.1.2 The gross weight, quantity, volume, direction, and notes on the outside of the packaging box are intact. 3.2 Unpacking inspection
3.2.1 Check the packing quantity.
3.2.2 Check whether the product certificate, packaging list, and technical manual are complete. 3.3 Technical index inspection
Each detonator is subject to quality inspection
Check whether the name, model, batch number, serial number, production date, and manufacturing unit of the detonator meet the requirements: 3.3.2
There should be no obvious dents, cracks, deformations on the surface of the detonator, and no rust on the metal parts. 3.3.3
All parts are made with a precision of not less than F0.02n1m and should meet the design requirements. 3.3.4#
The following indicators shall be tested according to the technical specifications: 3.3.5
a) The conduction pressure is 0.5MPa:
h) The slide stroke is 28mm;
c) Add 0.4MPa and the slide resets positively: d) The "conduction-closing" performance of the safety automatic return part is good. 3.3.6 The inspection method shall be carried out according to Appendix A (Appendix of the standard): 4 Storage
4.1 Storage shall be carried out according to 3.2 and 5.2 of SY 5436-1998. 1.2 The storage time of the detonator is not more than one year. China National Petroleum and Natural Gas Corporation 1998 ~ 04 - 26 approved 1998 08 - 1 implementation
S Receipt and transportation of detonators
SY 6350-1998
5. Receipt and transportation shall be carried out in accordance with 5.3 of $Y 5436-1998. 5.2 The detonators shall be placed in a special box and transported to the site by the construction team. 5.3 During the transportation process, 4.1.7 and 4.1.8 of 5Y5436-1998 shall be implemented. 6 Use
6.1 On-site operation
6.1.1 Leave enough length for the detonating cord in the gun body, and fix the detonating cord from the gap frame. 6.1.2 Connect the booster tube to the detonating system, 6.1.3 Connect the rubber sheet with the safety automatic control component to the bomb rack, and insert the booster tube and the detonating cord into the inner hole. 6.1.4 Put the Φ52 hole of the detonator body into the gun body together with the bomb rack, and rotate the detonator to connect it with the gun body. 6.1.5 Install the compression spring and the slide seat with the flute tube into the detonator in turn. 6.1,6 Fill the oil groove of the slide seat with grease and tighten the oil nut. 6.1.7 Connect the perforating cable connector (cage) to the detonator. 6.2 Inspection before repeated use
6.2.1 Before using the safety control group, check whether the explosion-proof fan and the linkage mechanism of its components are flexible. 6.2.2 When using the detonator body, there should be no dirt in its 52 hole. 6.2.3 When using the positive compression spring, check whether there are cracks, sand holes and other defects on its surface, and the free length should not be less than 64.5mm. 6.3 Main components and parts reuse times
6.3.1 The safety automatic control components and chambers in the detonation chamber are disposable consumables. 6.3.2 The number of times the retractable bomb can be used shall not exceed 1 time. 6.3.3 Except for the parts specified in 6.3.1 and 6.3.2, the number of times other parts can be used shall not exceed 15 times. 6.4 Maintenance
See 6.4.1 The parts used repeatedly shall be maintained after use. See 6.4.2 Cleaning shall be carried out at a distance of 10m from the explosives. 6.4.3 After cleaning, apply a protective cloth and place in a dry and clean place. 2www.bzxz.net
AlConduction pressure test
Y6350-1998
Appendix A
(Appendix of the standard)
Technical index test method of detonator
Put the detonator into the special pressure test cylinder, pressurize it with a hand-cranked pressure test pump, when the piston reaches the bottom dead center, the pressure is 0.5MPa*! o:MPae
A2Slide seat stroke test
The method is the same as Al, measure the movable distance of the slide seat, which should be 28mm±0.2mm. A3
Reset performance test
After the AI test, when the pressure is reduced to 0.4MPa±.01MPa, the slide seat returns to its original position, which meets the requirements. A4 conduction-closure test
Use a thin rod to push the fan body to the lower extreme point, and the flameproof sliding block is separated from the explosion-transmitting hole. After the external force is removed, the fan body returns to its original position, and the flameproof sliding block blocks the explosion-transmitting hole, which meets the requirements.
