1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
JB/T5931.2--91
This standard specifies the terminology, technical conditions, test methods and acceptance rules for highland type wheel loaders. This standard applies to highland type wheel loaders (hereinafter referred to as highland type loaders) that are used in front-end forward operation and are used in the open air in plateau areas with an altitude of 1500 to 4500m.

Type Test Methods for Highland Type Wheel Loaders Engineering Machinery Noise Limits
Refers to the three parts of diesel engine thermal load, hydraulic transmission oil thermal load and hydraulic oil thermal load. 3.2 Plateau low temperature start
Starting of the loader at an altitude of 3000m, when the ambient temperature is below 25℃ and the machine has been shut down for more than 12 hours. 3.3 Reliability
The relevant definitions in Appendix A of JB3688.2 are adopted. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 The basic model used by the plateau loader must be a national standard product and have a certificate of conformity. Its technical conditions must meet the requirements of JB3688.2.
4.2 All the cooperating parts and purchased parts used by the plateau loader must have a certificate of conformity. The manufacturer shall conduct sampling inspection and only install the machine after confirming that it is qualified.
4.3 Plateau loaders shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.4 The basic parameters of plateau loaders shall also meet the requirements of JB3688.1. 4.5
The plateau device should be easy to maintain and maintain, and all parts that need to be tightened and lubricated should be left with convenient operation positions. The rated power of the diesel engine should be within the range of (100±5)% of the rated power of the basic model. The various heat loads of the plateau loader during operation and operation should be kept within the range of (100±5)% of the basic model factory indicators. The assembly and layout of the supercharger and intercooler should be reliable and reasonable. 4.8
The installation of the supercharger lubricating oil pipe should be firm and reliable, and it should be strictly inspected and pressure tested before installation. 4.9

4.11 Plateau low temperature starting performance: The plateau low temperature starting of the plateau loader should be fast and reliable. 4.12 The oil used in winter for plateau loaders should be low-temperature oil. The lubricating oil of diesel engines using exhaust gas turbocharging must use designated oil,
4.13 The cab of plateau loaders should be equipped with heating and defrosting systems, and the sound insulation effect should be good. The noise around the driver's ears should meet the requirements of JB3774.1. The field of vision and anti-vibration effect should not be lower than the level of the basic type. 4.14
The various performance indicators related to power of plateau loaders shall not be lower than 95% of the performance indicators of the basic type. The total weight of plateau loaders shall not exceed 105% of the weight of the basic type. The technical maintenance and pre-repair period of plateau loaders shall comply with the provisions of Article 1.16 of JB3688.2. The reliability of plateau loaders before the first overhaul should meet the following assessment indicators: the technical utilization coefficient shall not be less than 0.85;
the availability coefficient shall not be less than 0.95;
the average failure interval time shall not be less than 100h. Safety requirements
Should comply with the provisions of Chapter 2 of JB3688.2. 6 Test methods and acceptance rules
6.1 Plateau loader manufacturers should conduct product type tests, periodic tests and factory tests. 6.2 Plateau loader type tests are only conducted on newly developed and modified products. Type tests are conducted in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5931.3. 6.3 Periodic tests are conducted in accordance with the provisions of Article 3.3 of JB3688.2. 6.4 The factory test of plateau loader should be conducted on each product under the leadership of the product quality management department, and it can only be shipped after confirmation of compliance. The inspection content should comply with the provisions of Article 3.4 of JB3688.2. 7
