Technical requirements
Products shall be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by prescribed procedures. Main parameters and basic parameters shall comply with the provisions of 3.1 and 3.4. 4.2

4.3The sampling tube shall be made of seamless steel pipe with mechanical properties not lower than DZ50, and the quenching hardness of the cutting edge shall be HRC42~46. Its dimensional deviation shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

The sampling tube has no obvious extrusion, concave-convex, flat round and other defects. Table 2
The special trapezoidal threads of the sampling tube, waste soil tube and lifting cap shall comply with the provisions of the threads of geological core tubes, casing and their joints in YB235. The tolerances and technical requirements of ordinary threads and locking joints shall be implemented in accordance with GB197 and DZ25 respectively. The surface of all processed parts of the soil sampler shall be treated with anti-rust, such as bluing or blackening, and the color shall be uniform. The cross-sectional area of the drainage channel of the soil sampler head shall not be less than 7.5% of the inner diameter of the cutting edge, and the internal mud and water discharge shall be unobstructed. Test method
Place the sampling tube on a 1.2m×1.0m flat plate not less than the third level, and check its straightness by conventional methods, which shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Special trapezoidal threads, locking joint threads and ordinary threads are inspected with standard thread test gauges. The inner diameter, outer diameter and wall thickness of the sampling tube are measured with a vernier caliper, and the deviation shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Inspection rules
Thick-walled soil samplers are divided into type inspection and factory inspection. 6.1 Type inspection is a comprehensive inspection of its performance, parameters, etc. Type inspection includes 4.1 to 4.8 of this standard. Type inspection should be carried out when one of the following situations occurs.
Trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production After formal production, when there are major changes in structure, materials and processes that may affect product performance; c
When the national quality inspection and supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. The sampled samplers must pass the type inspection only if all the inspection items specified in this standard are qualified. During formal production, random inspection is carried out after a certain number of products have accumulated, and the number of random inspections is 2%. If there are less than 100 pieces, no less than two pieces. When there are unqualified products, double sampling shall be conducted; if there are still unqualified products, each product must be inspected. 6.2 Factory inspection is the inspection of the main parameters of the soil sampler, special trapezoidal thread connection, sampling tube size and blade angle. The product is allowed to leave the factory after passing the inspection
Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
The product name, model, specification and manufacturer's logo should be on the obvious part of the product. 7.2 Packaging
The packaging shall be carried out in accordance with JG/T5012.
7.3 Transportation
During transportation, the product should be placed in the packaging box and shall not be transported exposed. Measures such as moisture-proof, collision-proof and extrusion-proof should be taken. It shall not be shipped together with acidic and alkaline items. www.bzxz.net
