1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the method of marking the parts of transport packages (hereinafter referred to as packages) during testing. This standard is applicable to the marking of packages and can also be used as a reference for marking packaging containers. 2 Marking method
2.1 Parallelopiped package
The package should be placed in the state of transportation, with the surface of one end facing the marking personnel. If the transportation state is unclear and there are seams on the package, any of the seams should be placed vertically to the right of the marking personnel. The marking method is as follows (see Figure 1). Figure 1
The upper surface is marked as 1, the right side is 2, the bottom is 3. The left side is 4. The proximal surface is 5, and the distal surface is 6. b. Edge
The edge is represented by the numbers of the two faces that make up the edge (such as the edge formed by the intersection of the upper surface 1 and the right side 2 of the package is represented by 1-2). c. Angle
An angle is represented by the numbers of the three faces that make up the angle (such as 1-2-5 refers to the angle formed by the intersection of the upper surface 1, the right side 2 and the proximal surface 5 of the package).
2.2 Cylindrical Packages
Packages are placed in an upright position and the marking method is as follows (see Figure 2). Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on April 4, 1992 and implemented on February 1, 1993
GB/T4857.1-92
The four endpoints of the two mutually perpendicular diameters of the top surface of the cylinder are represented by 1, 3, 5, and 7, and the four endpoints corresponding to the bottom surface of the cylinder are represented by 2, 4, 6, and 8. These endpoints are connected to form four straight lines parallel to the axis of the cylinder, which are represented by 1-2, 3-4.5-6, and 7-8 respectively. If there are seams on the cylinder, one of the seams should be placed at the 5-6 line position, and the rest should be marked in the order of the above method. 2.3 Bagswww.bzxz.net
Bags should be placed horizontally, and the marking personnel should face the bottom of the bag. If there are side seams or longitudinal seams on the package, one of the side seams should be placed on the right side of the labeler, or the longitudinal seam should be facing downward. The marking method is as follows (see Figure 3).
Longitudinal
The upper surface of the bag is marked as 1, the right side is 2, the bottom is 3, the left side is 4, the bottom of the bag (i.e. the end facing the labeler) is 5, and the bag opening (filling end) is 6.
2.4 Packages of other shapes
Packages of other shapes can be marked according to one of the methods described in Articles 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3 of this standard based on the characteristics and shape of the package.
