Part 3 of this standard specifies in detail the technical requirements for polyvinyl chloride insulated single-core non-sheathed cables for fixed wiring of rated voltages up to and including 450/750V.
All cables shall comply with the corresponding requirements specified in GB5023.1, and various types of cables shall comply with the special requirements specified in this part.

2.3 Structure
2.3.1 Conductor
Number of cores: 1 core.
The conductor shall comply with the requirements specified in GB/T3956. Type 1 is used for a solid conductor.
Type 2 is used for a stranded conductor.
2.3.2 Insulation
The insulation extruded on the conductor shall be a PVC/C type hydrophilic vinyl mixture. The insulation thickness shall comply with the value specified in column 3 of Table 1.
