This standard specifies the type, basic parameters and main dimensions, technical requirements, inspection rules and marking, packaging, storage, etc. of cross-axis universal couplings for straightening machines (hereinafter referred to as couplings). The couplings specified in this standard are mainly suitable for serial plate straightening machines and other machines and equipment. The rotary diameter is 46~150mm. 4 Technical requirements

4.1 The coupling shall conform to the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The material of the cross shaft is alloy structural steel, and its mechanical properties are: a.%>1080N/mm

4.3 The material of the fork head is alloy structural steel, and its mechanical properties are: 8.0≥700N/mm;

4.4 The dimensional tolerance zone of the inner and outer splines of the coupling shall comply with the provisions of *Generally used sliding assembly type\ in GB1144. 4.5 The coupling shaft hole type shall comply with the provisions of GB3852 long four-cylindrical shaft hole-Y type and short cylindrical shaft hole without countersunk hole-J type. The key shall comply with the provisions of flat key single keyway-A type. 4.6 After the coupling is assembled, it shall rotate flexibly without any jamming. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 The coupling manufacturer shall inspect each item according to the technical requirements and design drawings specified in Chapter 4 of this standard. 5.2 All couplings shall be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer's product quality inspection department, and shall be shipped only with a product quality certificate. 5.3 If the subscriber has other requirements, it can be negotiated with the manufacturer. 6 Marking, packaging, storage
The coupling shall be printed with the model mark in a conspicuous position. 6.1

6.3 After cleaning, the coupling shall be packed for rust prevention in accordance with the provisions of GB4879. 6.4 The marking on the outer packaging box of the coupling shall comply with the provisions of GB191. 6.5 The coupling shall be placed in a dry environment indoors to avoid contact with acids, alkalis, organic solvents and other substances.
