4.1 The length and width of the flexible graphite plate are measured with a ruler with an accuracy of 1mm. 4.2 The thickness of the flexible graphite plate is measured with a micrometer with an accuracy of 0.01mm. Index

The specimen for thickness measurement is a square with a side length of 50mm. Each group of specimens shall not be less than 5. For each specimen, three points are measured at equal distances along its diagonal line with an accuracy of 0.01mm, and the arithmetic mean is taken. The measurement result is expressed as the arithmetic mean of a group of specimens, taking two significant figures. 4.3 The test methods for density, tensile strength, compression rate, rebound rate, stress relaxation, ash content, thermal weight loss, sulfur content and chlorine content of flexible graphite sheets shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ22009, ZBJ22010, ZBJ22012, JB/T6625, ZBJ22013, ZBJ22015, JB/T6623 and JB/T6622 respectively.
4.4 The surface quality of flexible stone sheets shall be visually inspected. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Flexible graphite sheets shall be inspected by the inspection department before leaving the factory. 5.2 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. The items of factory inspection include: density deviation, tensile strength, compression rate, rebound rate, ash content and the items specified in Articles 3.1 and 3.3. The items of type inspection are all the items specified in Articles 3.1 to 3.3. 5.3 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: a. Trial production of new products; product transformation: After formal production, there are major improvements in structure, materials and processes, which may affect product performance: d. There is a quarter of gap in normal production. 5.4 The sampling method of flexible graphite sheets is to randomly select 5.5 molded sheets in the warehouse as "box" units, and press sheets as "roll" units. 50 boxes (rolls) are a batch. When sampling, take out enough samples for testing from the unit product as the representative of the unit product. 5.6 The sampling procedure and judgment rules of flexible graphite sheets shall be implemented in accordance with GB2828. 3.13.2 adopts normal inspection, inspection level 1, and the qualified quality level AQL value is 103.3 adopts full inspection. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Marking

6.3 Transportation and storage
