This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of perforated screen plates for mines. This standard is applicable to metal perforated screen plates for screening various minerals. 2 Product classification
2.1 Perforated screen plates are plates with holes and any external dimensions. 2.2 The hole types of the screen plate are round holes, square holes and long holes. 2.3 The arrangement of the holes of the screen plate is as follows:
a) staggered arrangement (see Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 4, Figure 5, Figure 7, Figure 9); b) regular arrangement (see Figure 3, Figure 6, Figure 8, Figure 10). More

2.5 Basic parameters of sieve plate:

a) The basic parameters of the round hole sieve plate shall comply with the provisions of Table 1; b) The basic parameters of the square hole sieve plate shall comply with the provisions of Table 2; c) The basic parameters of the long hole sieve plate shall comply with the provisions of Table 3; d) The sieve hole size should preferably be selected from the first series; e) If there is a special purpose, the hole spacing can be selected within the range of ±15%, f) The plate thickness is the maximum thickness.

2.6 The width of the non-porous edge shall meet the following requirements: JB/T9031—1999
a) The standard non-porous edge width is generally 40mm, or 40mm plus a hole distance. For the bent and tensioned sieve plate, the size of the bent part is not included.
b) The non-standard non-porous edge width shall be subject to user requirements. 3 Technical requirements
3.1 The punched sieve plate shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.2 The tensile strength of the sieve plate material shall not be less than 392N/mm2. 3.3 The surface of the sieve plate shall be flat and no defects that affect its use shall be allowed. Defects that occur during punching shall be repaired by welding, and the cumulative repaired surface shall not exceed 4% of the entire surface.
3.4 The maximum fillet radius of square holes and long holes is calculated according to formula (1): rmax = 0. 05W+0. 3

4 Test method
4.1 The size and hole spacing of the sieve hole shall be tested on the hole surface. >300~1000

4.2 Use a feeler gauge and a vernier caliper to measure the size and hole spacing of the sieve holes that are not larger than 10mm, and use a vernier caliper to measure the size and hole spacing of the sieve holes that are larger than 10mm.
4.3 Visually inspect each hole and conduct an overall inspection of the sieve plate. 4.4 The measurement method of the sieve holes is as follows:
a) Select any area on the sieve plate and inspect along two straight lines in different directions. Small holes (D or W ≤ 16mm are small holes) are controlled by length, and each straight line is at least 100mm long; large holes (D or W 16mm are large holes) are controlled by the number of holes, and the number of holes should be no less than five. b) The angle between the two straight lines is 90° or 60° for circular holes and 90° for square holes. Square holes can be inspected only along the diagonal of the hole, but the length should be no less than 150mm, and there should be no less than eight holes, see Figure 11. c) If the screen plate under inspection does not meet the specified length and number of holes in one direction, all the screen holes should be inspected. 555
5 Inspection rules

5.1 The basic parameters of the screen plate shall comply with the provisions of Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3. 5.2 The surface quality of the screen plate shall comply with the requirements of 3.3. 5.3 The length and width deviation of the screen plate shall comply with the requirements of 3.5. 5.4 The width deviation of the non-porous edge of the screen plate shall comply with the requirements of 3.6. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 The screen plate should be wrapped or placed in a packaging box. The wrapping and packaging box should be clearly marked, including: a) Manufacturer name;
b) Product name and model;
c) Factory date and number.
6.2 The wrapping and packaging box should meet the requirements of land and water transportation. 6.3 The packing list, product certificate and other technical documents should be attached. 6.4 The sieve plate should be stored indoors, flat and stable, and at a certain distance from the ground. If it is stored outdoors, it should be protected from rain, wind and water accumulation.

4 Test method
4.1 The size and hole spacing of the sieve hole shall be tested on the hole surface. >300~1000

5 Inspection rules

5.1 The basic parameters of the screen plate shall comply with the provisions of Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3. 5.2 The surface quality of the screen plate shall comply with the requirements of 3.3. 5.3 The length and width deviation of the screen plate shall comply with the requirements of 3.5. 5.4 The width deviation of the non-porous edge of the screen plate shall comply with the requirements of 3.6. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 The screen plate should be wrapped or placed in a packaging box. The wrapping and packaging box should be clearly marked, including: a) Manufacturer name;
b) Product name and model;
c) Factory date and number.
6.2 The wrapping and packaging box should meet the requirements of land and water transportation. 6.3 The packing list, product certificate and other technical documents should be attached. 6.4 The sieve plate should be stored indoors, flat and stable, and at a certain distance from the ground. If it is stored outdoors, it should be protected from rain, wind and water accumulation.
