4 test steps

.1 Connect the connecting pipes of the test fixture with the test pump and pressure gauge, and fill the cavity of the fixture with water. ±.2 Check the appearance of the sample, the test sample width and the overall dimensions, and make a record. 4.3 Place the tested sample on the inner surface of the cover plate of the test fixture, and fix it with a pressure block and a nut. The glass should not be fixed too tightly so that the glass can finally bear the force in a simply supported state. 1.4 Place the cover plate with the test sample on the bottom groove of the fixture, so that the side with the sample faces the cavity, align the position, and tighten the fixing screws around the cover plate. 4.5 Open the exhaust hole on the cover plate, start the pressure test pump to fill water into the bottom groove of the fixture until the exhaust pipe is exhausted. Close the exhaust hole; 4.6 Start to increase the pressure, increase the pressure by 0.2 mm/cm every half minute, and then maintain the pressure for half a minute. The pressure is increased step by step until the test zinc is broken.
4.7 Record the interstitial pressure when the sample is damaged, remove the cover, and clean up the broken glass in the fixture. Test records and results summary
