1 Subject content and scope of application
HG/T2131-91
This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, dimensions and technical requirements of Tang Glass 30° elbows. This standard is applicable to Tang Glass 30° elbows with nominal pressure: (PN) equal to or less than 1.0MPa, medium temperature: -20 to 200℃ for Type A elbows, -10 to 200℃ for Type B and Type C elbows. 2 Reference standards

3 Types, basic parameters and dimensions
3.1 The 30° elbow (type A) for steel glass-inserting connected by slip-on flanges shall be in accordance with the provisions of Figure 1 and Table 1.

4.1 Material selection, manufacturing, testing and acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with ZBG94004 and this standard. 4.2 The steel pipe in the A type elbow shall be manufactured and accepted in accordance with the requirements of YB231. 4.3 Manufacturing tolerance and allowable deviation
4.3.1 For B type and C type elbows, the materials shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB9439. D2

4.3.2 The allowable deviation of the center circle diameter of the bolt hole on the C-type elbow flange and the chord length of two adjacent bolt holes is ±0.6mm, and the allowable deviation of the chord length of any two bolt holes is ±1mm.
4.3.3 The tolerance grade of the un-toleranced dimensions of the machined surface shall be IT14 as specified in GB1804, and the tolerance grade of the un-toleranced dimensions of the non-machined surface shall be IT16.

4.3.4 The allowable deviation of elbow length L shall be in accordance with Table 4. Table 4

4.4The slip-on flanges for type A and type B elbows shall be selected in accordance with HG/T2105.125~200
4.5 Bolts for flange connection: PN greater than 0.6MPa and less than or equal to 1.0MPa shall be selected in accordance with GB5782 regulations: PN less than or equal to 0.6MPa shall be in accordance with GB5780 regulations, the screwdriver shall be in accordance with GB6170 regulations, and the gasket shall be selected according to relevant standards. 4.6 Water pressure test pressure and maximum working pressure at different temperatures shall be selected according to Table 5 Table 5
5 Packaging, transportation and storage

5.1 The product shall be accompanied by a packing list, product certificate and product instruction manual 5.2 Magnetism is prohibited during movement and transportation.
5.3 The glass surface of the outer mushroom candy shall be sealed with a soft gasket and a blind plate 5.4 The product shall be stored indoors, and outdoor storage or stacking is not allowed. Additional instructions:
