This standard is applicable to electric support brick presses with internal and external pressures for testing refractory bricks, and also to combined brick presses with hydraulic ring pressure (hereinafter referred to as brick presses) 2 Reference Standards

3-Year requirements
Forging machine basic precision inspection and test
3. Before precision inspection, the installation level of the brick press should be adjusted, and a level gauge should be placed in the middle of the warehouse workbench. The horizontal level gauge should not exceed 0.20/1000mm
3.2 The working table of the brick press is the necessary surface for the box precision inspection. When inspecting G1G2 and G3 items of the brick press, the mold rail should be removed for inspection.
3.3 During precision inspection, parts and objects that affect the required precision of the machine should not be adjusted. 3.4 When inspecting G1 and G2, if the reverse length L≥1000mm, it is not inspected within the range of L/20 from the edge. If the reverse length is 21000mm, it is not inspected within the range of 50mm from the edge. 3.: The length measured before G2 refers to the length of the long side of the lower plane of the slider. 3.6 The flatness of the workbench pad or the upper and lower planes, the half-line tolerance values of the two planes should be in accordance with the flatness and parallelism level 8 in GB/T1184-19 respectively.
