This standard specifies the type, design, tolerance and galvanizing requirements of small boat anchor chains. This standard is not applicable to pin chains used for small anchoring. Its nominal chain diameter is 6-12.5 mm. This standard is not applicable to lifting chains.

5 Technical requirements
5.1 Mechanical bridge
The minimum tensile load and minimum breaking load of the end silicon ring
test are shown in Table 1. The corresponding mechanical energy is shown in Table 2. 2

6 Test and acceptance

6.1 Test and acceptance conditions specified in GB549 shall be followed, and the sample length shall be 5 links. 60
6.2 If the ordering party requires, the manufacturer shall provide a test and inspection certificate for each batch of chains, which shall include the following contents: a, national standard code;
number and characteristics,
identification mark;
chain nominal diameter, mm;
tension negative micro: kN;
breaking load, kN;
total ultimate elongation, %.
7 Marking
7.1 Quality marking: On the 20th link or on the link with a length of 1m, a clear mark or indentation shall be made, marked with the letter M2 (grade 1 anchor steel) or M1 (grade I anchor steel), the diameter of the marking plate is mm, 7.2 Identification mark: On all end links, a clear mark or indentation shall be used, or a fastened nameplate shall be used to permanently mark the identification mark, which shall include the manufacturer's trademark or symbol. Additional remarks:
