This standard complies with the requirements of SOLAS1997. This standard is a revision of CB/T 3007-1999 hydraulic sliding watertight door and CB*634-84 sliding watertight door. The structural type is radically changed. The Japanese standard 5-2314-1995 hydraulic watertight door IP structure is adopted; the door plate and door structure are joint type; the width of the door is unified to 600 mm1. The manual hydraulic system is used to replace the structure, and the gear transmission is manual operation; the compression system schematic diagram and electrical control schematic diagram of the bottom closing watertight door are listed as appendices. This standard takes effect from the date of entry into force, and replaces CB/T 3007--1999, CB*634-84, and the appendix A and appendix B of this standard are indicative appendices. This standard is provided by Jiangnan Ship (Group) Co., Ltd. 4.3 The welding surface of watertight doors should be smooth, free of defects such as cracks, slag inclusions, burn-through, fusion, etc. 4.4 The welded door handles and door panels shall be heat treated before machining, the ideal temperature is 600C, to eliminate stress. 4.5 The contact sealing surfaces of the door frame and door panel shall be matched and kept in the same plane. 4.6 The door handles and door poles after welding shall not have burrs and sharp corners, and the surface shall be cleaned. 4.7 After the watertight door is manufactured, the surface shall be rust-free, and after treatment, it shall meet the requirements of Sa2 or St2 in GB/T8923, and anti-rust primer shall be applied twice, and the friction joint surface shall be free of mixed grease. 4.8 Before the hydraulic pipeline test, the oil tank and pipeline shall be cleaned, and after cleaning, they shall be tightly sealed and kept clean. 4.9 The test pressure of the hydraulic system of the watertight door is 4 MPa. The oil used is hydraulic oil. 4.10 Watertight doors should be subjected to water pressure test, the maximum test hydrostatic pressure is 0.1MPa, after the test, the leakage of the inspected parts should not be greater than the specification in Table 3,

4.11 After the installation of watertight doors, the contact sealing surfaces of door frames and door panels should be subjected to water flushing test, the flushing pressure should not be less than 0.2MPa, after the test, there should be no water leakage such as water pooling or water change in the selected parts. 4.12 After the watertight door is installed on the simulated cabin or loaded on board, when the ship is in the positive floating position, the hydraulic system and manual operating device test should be carried out on both sides of the door, and the time from opening to closing the door should not exceed 90s. In the manual and electric dual-purpose control device test, the time from the start of the control console in the cab to the closing of the door shall not exceed 608, and the sliding flexibility of the door shall be checked. There shall be no jamming of the transmission parts and the friction surfaces. 4.13 The watertight door shall be able to close when it is tilted 15° to any side on the simulated bulkhead, and it shall be able to be operated on both sides of the door. 4.14 The principle of the watertight door pressure system is shown in Appendix A (indicative appendix). 3

Use visual inspection to inspect the appearance quality. The result shall meet the requirements of 4.3 and 6. 5.2 Size and sugar content
Use measuring tools to inspect the size and accuracy of the watertight door. The result shall meet the requirements of 4.2. 5.3 Pressure test
The watertight door is installed in a special water-tight test box. The water pressure in the box is increased to 0.1 MPa. The water leakage condition is checked on the outside of the watertight door. The condition shall meet the requirements of 4.10.
5.4 Water flushing test
After the watertight door is installed on board, a watertight door with a diameter of not less than 12.5 mm and a pressure of not less than 0.2 MPa is used to flush the watertight door at a distance of not more than 1.5 m from the watertight door. The condition shall meet the requirements of 4.11. 5.5 Closing time test
Use a stopwatch to check the closing time of the watertight door. The result should meet the requirements of 4.12. 5.6 Inclined closing test
When the watertight door is tilted 15* to any cavity on the simulated cabin, the watertight door should be able to close. The result should meet the requirements of 4.13. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
The inspection of watertight doors is divided into types, type inspection and factory inspection. 6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 If any of the following conditions exist, a type inspection shall be carried out: a) first batch of product production; b) major changes in structure, material or process; c) non-continuous batch production; d) product transfer production; e) when the ship inspection department deems it necessary to inspect the product. 6.2.2 Type inspection items shall be changed according to 4 items to be inspected. Items to be inspected: Appearance, size and sugar content. Water pressure test. Flushing test. Closed test. Closed test. 6.2.3 Number of inspection samples. Required number of samples. +. 3, 4. 6

Marine hydraulically activated watertight door
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection specifications, marking, packaging and transportation of marine hydraulically activated watertight doors (hereinafter referred to as watertight doors).
This standard is applicable to the design, inspection and acceptance of watertight doors from the ship's engine room to the area below the shaft combustion and pier decks with a water pressure not exceeding 0.1 MPa.

3 classification

If the type inspection of watertight doors meets the requirements of Table 4, it can be considered to have passed the type inspection. If it is found that the door does not meet the requirements, it is allowed to be re-tested after repair. If the re-test is qualified, it is considered to have passed the type inspection. 6.3 Delivery inspection
6.3.1 Inspection items
The items for delivery inspection of watertight doors shall be in accordance with Table 4. 6.3.2 Batch and sampling
Each watertight door shall be subjected to a delivery inspection.
6.3.3 Judgment rules
If the delivery inspection of watertight doors meets the requirements of Table 4, it can be considered to have passed the delivery inspection. If it is found that the door does not meet the requirements, it is allowed to be re-tested after repair. If the re-test is qualified, it is considered to have passed the delivery inspection. 6.3.4 Certificate
After the watertight door passes the inspection, the inspection department shall issue a certificate of conformity and a certificate of inspection. 7 Markings
The watertight door that passes the inspection shall be marked with the following marks in an obvious position. ) Manufacturer name and logo
b) Product mark and standard number
c) Production batch number or production year and month!
d) Inspection pass stamp.
8. Packing and transportation
B1 Watertight packaging can be made of straw pallets or frame materials. 8.2 The packaging of watertight doors should be accompanied by a packing list and product specifications. 8.3 Necessary rainproof measures should be taken for the transportation of watertight doors. CB/T 3007--2000
