This standard specifies the type and size, technical requirements, and basic requirements for marking and packaging of inserted tooth sleeve face milling cutters (hereinafter referred to as milling cutters).
This standard is applicable to inserted tooth sleeve face milling cutters with a diameter of 80~250mm. 2 Referenced Standards

4Technical requirements
Limit deviation
The milling cutter surface should not have cracks, and the cutting edge should be sharp: there should be no defects such as over-edge, blunt edge, grinding and annealing that affect the performance. 4.1
4.2The surface roughness of the milling cutter shall comply with the following provisions: a) Front and back: R, 6.3μm;
b) Inner hole surface: R, 1.25μm;
c) Two bearing end faces: R, 1.25μm.
4.3Position tolerance shall comply with Table 2.
