This standard is equivalent to 6.8\Apparent density" in the Japanese Industrial Standard JISK6220:1995 "Test Methods for Rubber Compounds", and is revised from the national standard GB/T11409.6--1989 "Determination of Apparent Density of Rubber Antioxidants and Vulcanization Accelerators". There is no technical difference between this standard and JISK6220-1995. Then pull out the piston, accurately weigh 1g5g of the sample (weighing to 0.1g) and slowly pour it into the cylinder, gently shake the cylinder or knock on the outer wall of the cylinder to make the sample adhering to the inner side of the cylinder fall to the bottom of the cylinder, so that the sample in the cylinder remains horizontal, and then slowly put the piston in, so that the piston slowly falls with the help of fingers. In principle, the time for the piston to fall and contact the surface of the sample is 5$. At this time, you must feel that the piston contacts the surface of the sample, gently rotate the piston 1 circle, or gently knock on the outer wall with a wooden board, and then measure the size H2 exposed at the top of the piston, accurate to 0.01cm.
