General technical rules for high-precision gears
3.1 Refer to GB /T17421.1-1998 3.1 Measure the machine level. Place the upper table in the middle of the stroke, and place a level gauge in the middle of the table. The vertical and horizontal readings of the level gauge should not exceed 0.03/100. 3.2 During the inspection, the actual inspection sequence can generally be arranged according to the requirements of the installation and disassembly inspection tools and the inspection items. 3.3 The working accuracy inspection should be carried out after the test piece is ground. 3.4 The direction parallel to the I-shaped groove of the worktable is called the vertical direction, and the horizontal distance perpendicular to the D-shaped groove of the worktable is called the horizontal distance. 3.5 The inspection items specified in this standard are for machine tools that grind the grinding wheel in a vertical position. For machine tools that grind with grinding wheels in the horizontal plane, when inspecting their geometric accuracy, the tolerance value of item a in the vertical half plane of G5, G6 and G7 shall adopt the tolerance value of item b in the horizontal half plane specified in this standard; similarly, the tolerance value of item 6 in the horizontal half plane shall adopt the tolerance value of item a in the vertical half plane specified in this standard.
