This standard applies to plate type liquid level gauges made of acid-resistant phenolic plastic with an allowable temperature of -30℃~130C and an allowable pressure of less than or equal to 0.2MPa at normal temperature.

Basic dimensions for quality inspection, packaging, storage and transportation of raw materials and finished products

The quality inspection, packaging, storage and transportation of raw materials and finished products shall comply with the provisions of HG/T2128. The pressure test of the liquid level gauge shall be carried out together with the equipment. The glass plate of the liquid level gauge shall be in accordance with the QB776 standard. The pressure shall not have defects that reduce the strength and connection reliability. The allowable deviation of the chord length between two adjacent bolt holes in the flange and gland is ±2mm, and the tolerance of the chord length between any two bolt holes is ±3mm. 5 Non-matching dimension tolerance grade of metal parts: Machined surface shall be IT14 in GB1804; non-machined surface shall be IT166.
