GB/T 14700-2002 Determination of vitamin B1 in feed

This standard specifies two methods for determining the content of vitamin B1 (thiamine) in feed using a fluorescence spectrophotometer and a high performance liquid chromatograph. Method 1 specified in this standard is applicable to the determination of vitamin B1 in feed raw materials, compound feeds, concentrated feeds, compound premixes, and vitamin premixes. The solution range of the extract is 0.02μg/Ml to 0.2μg/Ml (this method is not applicable in the presence of interfering substances that adsorb thiamine or affect the fluorescence of thiochromes). Method 2 specified in this standard is applicable to the determination of compound premixes and vitamin premixes with a vitamin B1 content greater than 20mg/kg.
