This standard amends SC141.26--65 and is the general technical requirements for the whole vehicle for learning to ride. The safety requirements and test methods in the original G11.26--55 have been detailed in GB449-93 Safety requirements for infant learning vehicles. This standard adds other technical requirements except safety requirements, considering the production conditions of infant walking vehicles, adds the external requirements for plastic parts, and uses the standards of the bicycle industry for the production tools and test methods in the standard.
This standard strives to coordinate with the national standard G86675-8:4 "Safety Requirements for Infant Learning Vehicles GB1474993" and other relevant standards. The standard SG141.6-85 "General Technical Requirements for Whole Vehicles for Learning to Ride" of the Ministry of Light Industry will be invalid from the date of implementation.
This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Standardization. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Center for Standardization, and the unit responsible for the standard is Shanghai Yuanliang Baking Research Institute. 3 Technical requirements
3.1 The safety requirements of the whole baby walker shall comply with the provisions of B1474. 3.2 The assembly position of each component shall be correct, the fixings shall be firm, and the rotating parts shall operate flexibly. 3.3 All symmetrical parts should be symmetrical with the central axis of the frame, without obvious deflection, 3.4 The joints should be complete, without bending, tilting, cracking, 3.5 The welding surface should be flat, without defects such as splay, clamping, burning and damage, 3.6 The foldable frame should be flexible and safe and reliable when used, 3. The paint and chain requirements of the baby walker surface should comply with the provisions of JB/T2121 and QB/T2122 3.9
