3 Technical requirements
Inspection rules for cotton and chemical fiber pure and blended printed and dyed fabrics The 25/28 (23*×21) standard bleached cotton cloth used for dye testing should meet the following requirements: 3.1 Appearance: The surface is even and smooth, the texture is clear, and there is no oil stains and yellow spots. 3.2 Width: 80± to 8cm
3.3 Density: 283-7 strands/10cm in warp
231-7 strands/10cm in weft
3.4 Breaking strength: ≥443N in warp
≥433N in weft
3.5 Capillary effect: 11+1cm/30min in warp and 9±1cm/30min in weft
3.6 Whiteness: 75±5
3.7 Dyeing (printing) effect: The color difference between batches of standard bleached cotton cloth, dyed (or printed) with the same dye and the same method, is "similar" to "slight", and the color depth change is not more than ±5%. 4 Grading regulations
4.1 The grade of standard bleached cotton cloth used in dye test is evaluated by combining internal quality and appearance quality. It is divided into qualified products and unqualified products. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on March 21, 1994, and implemented on December 1, 1994

4.2 Internal quality assessment range, density, breaking strength, capillary effect, whiteness and dyeing effect, and its various indicators shall comply with the provisions of 3.2 to 3.6 in the technical requirements. If any indicator does not meet the requirements, it shall be deemed as unqualified. 4.3 Appearance quality shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.1. 4.4 Final grade assessment

5.6 Dyeing effect determination, using direct dyes or reactive dyes as identification dyes, shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2375 or GB/T2388, and other requirements shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB2374. 6 Acceptance rules
Acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with FZ/T10005.
Packaging and marking
7.1 Standard bleached cotton cloth for dye testing shall be packaged in cloth bags with plastic bags as lining. 7.1.1 False cutting and separate packaging of components may be implemented for packaged goods. 7.2 False cutting marking and grading regulations
7.2.1 Defects within 0.5cm will not be scored. 7.2.2 For local defects within 0.5 to 1 cm, 5 pieces are allowed for every 30 cm, and the length of the joint pieces is calculated in proportion. 7.2.3 For defects within 1.1 to 10 cm, a red line is added with an additional 10 cm. 7.2.4 For defects above 10 cm, a white line is added, and the length is added in units of 10 cm, such as 20 cm for 10 to 20 cm, and 30 cm for 20 to 30 cm.
7.3 The packaging of standard bleached cotton cloth for dye testing should ensure that the quality of the finished product is not damaged and is convenient for transportation. 7.4 The marking shall be in accordance with Article 3 of ZBW08003, and the "standard bleached cotton cloth for dye testing" and the name of the quality control unit shall be indicated. 2

25/28(23×21)Quality requirements for grey fabrics (reference)
A1 Grey fabrics are divided into superior, first-class, and those below first-class are unqualified. A2 The evaluation of grey fabrics is based on the piece, and the seven indicators of fabric organization, width, density, breaking strength, cotton knot and impurity defect grid rate, cotton knot defect grid rate, and cloth cotton defect are used as the evaluation basis, and the lowest one of the seven items is regarded as the quality of the piece of fabric. A3 The surface defects of the fabric shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB407-78. See the table below for A4 grading regulations

A5.1 Physical quality refers to the appearance effect of the fabric surface, and also refers to the comprehensive expression of the fabric's structural characteristics and style on the fabric. A5.2 The physical quality of the unbleached cloth is evaluated by five items: smoothness, nep impurities, stripe shadows, flatness, and cloth edges. Check 10 pieces of cloth and compare them item by item with the physical standard sample. Finally, the overall effect is evaluated and the physical quality compliance rate is calculated (the compliance rate is required to reach more than 60%). 3

3 Technical requirements
Inspection rules for cotton and chemical fiber pure and blended printed and dyed fabrics The 25/28 (23*×21) standard bleached cotton cloth used for dye testing should meet the following requirements: 3.1 Appearance: The surface is even and smooth, the texture is clear, and there is no oil stains and yellow spots. 3.2 Width: 80± to 8cm

Packaging and marking
7.1 Standard bleached cotton cloth for dye testing shall be packaged in cloth bags with plastic bags as lining. 7.1.1 False cutting and separate packaging of components may be implemented for packaged goods. 7.2 False cutting marking and grading regulations
