Amendment No. 1 to GB19048-2003 "Longkou Vermicelli, a Product of Origin" National Standard GASWww.bzxZ.net
This amendment was approved by the National Standardization Administration on September 15, 2005 in the document No. [2005] 52 of the National Standardization Administration of China, and will be implemented from the date of publication.
1. Modify the content of Article 5.1.1 "mainly select mung beans from this region and the Yellow River Basin or the Northeast Plain, which conform to the provisions of GB/T10462\ to "conform to the provisions of GB/T10462"; 2. Modify the content of Article 5.1.2 *mainly select pea beans from the North China Plain, which conform to the provisions of GB/T10460\ to *conform to the provisions of GB/T10462"
3. Modify the content of Article 5.3 "then it is refined through beating paste, leaking powder, soaking, washing, drying or baking. No additives are used in the production process" to "then it is refined through beating paste, leaking powder, soaking, washing, drying or baking. The use of food additives shall comply with the provisions of GB2760”; Fourth, the “count the total number of strips with a glass rod” in Article 6.2.4 was revised to “count the number of intact strips with a glass rod”; the formula for calculating the broken strip rate was revised to: 50—x
