Summary:
At present, there is no universal industrial robot model representation standard in the world. In order to unify the product model representation of domestic industrial robots and facilitate the identification and application of industrial machine users, this standard is specially formulated. This standard specifies the rules to be followed when compiling industrial robot models and the meaning of model characters. This standard is applicable to the model compilation of industrial robots used in industrial environments. At present, there is no universal industrial robot model representation standard in the world. In order to unify the product model representation of domestic industrial robots and facilitate the identification and application of industrial robot users, this standard is to be formulated. This standard only stipulates the model compilation method. The relevant management measures are separately stipulated. This standard is proposed and coordinated by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Industrial Automation Systems. The drafting units of this standard are: Beijing Institute of Automation of Mechanical Industry of the Ministry of Machinery, B11 Factory of China Aerospace Industry Corporation. This standard adopts the definitions specified in GB/T12643. 4 Product model compilation principles
4.1 The product model indicates the main characteristics of the industrial robot product and serves as a simplified code for the product for use in design, production and ordering activities.
4.2 The naming of the product model should be concise and no duplication is allowed. 4.3 The product model is composed of uppercase Chinese phonetic letters (hereinafter referred to as letters) and reverse Arabic numerals (hereinafter referred to as numbers). The letters should be selected according to one of the principles in column F: a) Use the first letter of the Chinese phonetic letter expressing the product name, function, etc. b) When there are repeated or incorrect letters in each paragraph, the Chinese phonetic letter other than the first letter or its letters can be used, but the first letter of the letter cannot be used in 1.0.x. 5 Composition of product model 5.1 Composition format The product model is composed of name code, purpose code, feature code, load code and design code.
