The cumulative value of the contact area shall not be less than 70% in the axial direction of the sleeve and in the entire length of the guide rail, and not less than 50% in the width of the guide rail (only when the contact in the width reaches the specified length can it be used as the calculated value in length). 3.3.3 All parts on the spring coiling machine shall meet the quality requirements. It is not allowed to put in gaskets, sleeves, etc. that are not specified in the drawings. 3.3.4 Important fixed joint surfaces shall fit tightly. After tightening, check with a 0.05mm feeler gauge. The allowable insertion depth of the feeler gauge should not be greater than 1/4 of the contact surface width, and the cumulative length of the feeler gauge between the contact surfaces should not be greater than 1/10 of the circumference. 3.3.5 The dimensions, parameters and accuracy of the sprockets, gears and worm gear pairs assembled on the spring coiling machine shall comply with the current standards.
