Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Basic Environmental Test Methods for Petroleum Exploration and Development Instruments Test D: Low Temperature Test
1 Subject Content and Applicable Scope
SY/T 5420-91
This standard specifies the conditions, test requirements, test methods and processing of test results for low temperature tests of petroleum exploration and development instruments (hereinafter referred to as "instruments").
This standard applies to low temperature tests conducted on instruments during research, production and use. Its purpose is to determine the adaptability of the instrument to storage, transportation and use under low temperature environmental conditions. 2 Group Division
2.1 During transportation, storage and use of instruments, the actual ambient temperature varies greatly. Generally, they are divided into four groups according to storage temperature and working temperature (see table.
Storage temperature,
Working temperature, '℃
2.2 If the instrument standard specifies more stringent conditions, the test shall be carried out under the conditions specified in the instrument standard. 3 Test equipment
3.1 The test box (room) shall be able to provide the temperature specified in Chapter 2 within its effective working time. The temperature in the test box (room) shall be kept constant and uniform, and the temperature difference between various parts of the box shall not exceed ±3°C. Forced air circulation can be used to maintain temperature uniformity. 3.2 During the test, the temperature change rate of the test box (room) shall be maintained at 0.7~1°C/mi n (calculated as the average value every 5 minutes). If there are other standard provisions, they shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions. 3.3 The volume of the test box (room) shall be at least 5 times the volume of the instrument. 4 Test method
4.1 Pretreatment, pretreatment shall be carried out according to the conditions specified in the instrument standard. 4.2 Initial inspection: Under normal atmospheric conditions, appearance, electrical and mechanical performance inspections shall be carried out according to the instrument standard. Approved by the Ministry of Energy of the People's Republic of China on January 15, 1992 and implemented on July 1, 1992
Normal atmospheric conditions:
15~35°℃
4.3 Condition test
SY/T 5420-—91
Relative humidity
45%~75%
86~106KPa
4.3.1 Place the instrument in a temperature test chamber, and the instrument should work normally. The temperature in the test chamber should be warm. 4.3.2 Cool the test chamber to the specified test temperature, so that the instrument can maintain a stable temperature at the required test temperature. The test duration should generally be selected from 2h, 4h, 8h, 16h, and 24h. If the instrument standard stipulates more stringent conditions for the test duration, the test instrument standard shall be followed.
4.3.3 Conduct electrical performance tests under the conditions of 4.3.2. If necessary, the electrical performance of the instrument can be tested intermediately. 4. 3.4 Recovery, take the instrument out of the test box and restore it under positive air condition for 1~2 hours. If the instrument standard has other provisions for the recovery time, it shall be restored according to the recovery time specified in the instrument standard. 4.3.5 After recovery, first test the absolute value, and then test the electrical performance of the instrument. 5 Test results
5.1 The test results shall comply with the provisions of the instrument standard. 5.2 The test data shall be recorded completely and accurately, and comply with the provisions of the instrument standard. Xie Jia Note:
This standard was proposed and coordinated by the Petroleum Instrument Professional Standardization Committee of the Petroleum Industry Standardization Technical Committee. This standard was drafted by Xi'an Youyou Exploration Instrument Factory. The main drafters of this standard were Zhang Shiliang and Yuan Hua. 2
This standard continued to be effective after the review in 199, and the review results have been approved by the State Administration of Petroleum and Chemical Industry.
