Three-dimensional type
Plane type
200~400
0. 16~~0. 50
>400~600
>0. 50~1. 00
Note: The three-dimensional type is measured by the maximum size of the product's orthographic projection, and the plane type is measured by the total splicing area of the product. 5 Technical requirements
5.1 The product has a dense body and is well sintered. The water absorption rate of medium and small three-dimensional products is not more than 18%, and the water absorption rate of large and special products is not more than 22%; the water absorption rate of plane products meets the requirements of GB/T4100. 5.2 Three-dimensional Tang Sancai products should be basically stable when placed on a horizontal surface. The arrangement of the ceramic plates of Tang Sancai products should be horizontal and vertical, and the error of the pattern line, the width of the ceramic plate joints, and the vertical staggered of adjacent ceramic plates should not exceed 2mm. 5.3 The thickness of the lines and patterns of the products should be uniform and smooth, the floral decorations and patterns should be clear, and the glaze color should conform to the characteristics of Tang Sancai, which is molten, flowing, smooth and transparent. 5.4 The glaze painting requires that the glaze thickness is basically consistent; the relief layers are clear; the openwork and ground patterns are clear. 5.5 The specifications and sizes of the complete set of products are commensurate, the color matching is reasonable, the accessories should match the main body, and the gloss should be basically consistent. 5.6 According to the appearance quality of the products, they are divided into superior products, medium products, and qualified products, and they should meet the requirements specified in Table 2. 421

The determination of water absorption of style and plane products shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2579. The determination of defect size shall be carried out in accordance with Chapter 7 of GB/T3301. 6.2
6.3The determination of deformation of the caliber of three-dimensional vessels shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T3300. 6.4The determination of deformation of plane products shall be carried out in accordance with Article 3.3 of GB/T4100. Inspection rules
7.1 Each batch of products shall be fully inspected and graded for appearance quality according to the provisions of Articles 5.2 to 5.8 of this standard by the manufacturer. Only those that pass the inspection can leave the factory.
7.2 Product inspection is divided into acceptance inspection and type inspection. 7.3 Acceptance inspection
7.3.1 Acceptance inspection items are the contents specified in Articles 5.2 to 5.8 of this standard. 7.3.2 Acceptance inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828. Its inspection items, non-conforming classification, qualified quality level, inspection level, scheme type and strictness are shown in Table 4.

7.3.5 Sample extraction
After the inspection batch is formed, the sample is randomly extracted. Small and medium-sized products are sampled after the box is sealed; large, special products and small-volume products are sampled before the box is sealed. 7.3.6 When the inspection batch is judged to be unqualified, the product shall be reworked and re-classified by the delivery party. After the unqualified products are eliminated, it can be inspected again. 7.4 Type inspection
QB/T1634
Type inspection is conducted every three months. In case of any of the following situations, type inspection must also be conducted. Changes in product structure, raw materials, formula, and process; after major overhaul or transformation of major production equipment;
Resumption of production after suspension for more than two months;
Major quality accidents occur during production;
Superior departments conduct product quality supervision.
7.4.2 Type inspection items are the contents specified in Articles 5.1 to 5.8 of this standard. 7.4.3 Samples for type inspection shall be randomly selected from products produced within this cycle that have passed the manufacturer's inspection. For the water absorption test of flat products and large and special three-dimensional products, samples can be replaced by test pieces of the same variety. 7.4.4 Type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2829. See Table 6 for each inspection item, unqualified classification, unqualified quality level, discrimination level, scheme type and sample size.

7.4.5 If one of the items in Table 6 is unqualified, the product type inspection is judged to be unqualified. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
8.1 Packaging shall be implemented in accordance with GB/T11423.
8.2 Marking, transportation and storage shall be implemented in accordance with GB/T3302. Additional remarks:

6Test methods
QB/T 1634 - 1992

QB/T1634
Type inspection is conducted every three months. In case of any of the following situations, type inspection must also be conducted. Changes in product structure, raw materials, formula, and process; after major overhaul or transformation of major production equipment;
Resumption of production after suspension for more than two months;
Major quality accidents occur during production;

8.1 Packaging shall be implemented in accordance with GB/T11423.
8.2 Marking, transportation and storage shall be implemented in accordance with GB/T3302. Additional remarks:
