1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, dimensions, technical requirements and relevant use regulations of support rollers for rotary drums.

3 Form, basic parameters and dimensions
The type, basic parameters and dimensions of support rollers shall comply with the provisions of Table 3.0.1-1 in HG21546.1--93, as well as Figures 3-1~~3-3 and Tables 3-1~~3-3 in this standard.

4Technical requirements
4.0.1The speed of the supporting roller is calculated as n<16r/min. 4.0.2The bearing temperature in the supporting roller shall not exceed 55℃. 4.0.3The light structure is mainly used for the rotary cylinder used in drying and cooling operations. The outer wall temperature of the cylinder is t≤100℃: The heavy structure is mainly used for the condition that the temperature inside the rotary cylinder is high and a kiln lining is required. The outer wall temperature of the cylinder is 100℃t≤200℃. 4.0.4During installation, the center line of the supporting roller should be parallel to the center line of the cylinder to ensure good contact between the supporting roller and the roller ring and uniform wear. When the whole down force is borne by the retaining wheel, there is no need to adjust the supporting wheel.
The center distance between the two supporting wheels is the dimension "A" in the base frame construction drawing, which is determined by the user according to the following formula to meet the needs of the change of the true diameter of the roller. Rolling ring diameter + supporting wheel diameter

5.0.3 When the support load is ≥70t, the bearing should be equipped with a cooling water pipe and a cooling water bottle on the base. Whether it is necessary should be determined by the user according to the operating temperature. 5.0.4 Other technical requirements should comply with the technical conditions and assembly requirements in HG21546.1-93 "Types and technical conditions of supporting wheels and retaining wheels for rotating cylinders". 17
