HG/T 2051.1--91
This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, main dimensions and technical requirements of sugar glass anchor agitators for sugar glass stirring vessels. This standard is applicable to open glass stirring vessels with a nominal pressure less than or equal to 1.0MPa, a nominal volume of 50L to 5000L, a medium temperature higher than -20C and lower than or equal to 200c, and a nominal agitator speed of 63 and 80r/min. 2 Reference standards

3 Types, basic parameters and main dimensions
3.1 Types, basic parameters and main dimensions are shown in Figure 1 and Table 1.3.2 The agitator shaft head is divided into three types: Type I, Type II and Type II (Appendix A). Type I shaft head matches HG/T2052 Tang glass equipment transmission device model I, and Type II shaft head matches HG/T2052 Tang glass equipment transmission device model II. Type II shaft head matches HG/T2052 (Appendix A) sugar glass equipment transmission device type III, 3.3 agitator shaft head connection type and size, type I shaft head see Figure 2, Table 2, type II shaft head see Figure 3, Table 3 Appendix A type III shaft head see Figure A1, Table A1, the basic type I shaft head is used for 50L to 5000L pond glass open stirring container, type II shaft head and type II shaft head are used for 50-L to 4000L pond glass open stirring container, approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on July 6, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992

4.1 The pipe material of the stirrer is 10 or 15 steel, and the acceptance is carried out according to GB.8163. 4.2 The manufacture, inspection and acceptance of the stirrer are carried out according to the requirements of ZBG94-004. 4.3 The shaft head of the stirrer must be finely processed after the stirrer is used. When the stirrer is used for packing seal, it must be straightened after the stirrer is used, and the shaft end sealing section must be ground. The radial total runout of the stirrer shaft sealing section is less than or equal to The diameter of the stirrer is 0.2mm, and the radial runout of the lower end is less than 0.3%H (H is the distance from the measuring point to the straight rod at the upper end of the shaft). 4.4 The quality classification of glass stirrers shall be in accordance with ZBG94007. 5 Packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 The glass stirrer must be wrapped with soft materials and securely placed in a wooden box. 5.2 Collisions must be avoided during movement and transportation. The packaging box must not be inverted. 5.3 The product should be accompanied by a packing list, product certificate and product instruction manual. 5.4 The product should be stored indoors and is not allowed to be stored or stacked in the open air. 30

Type II Glass Agitator Shaft Head

A1 This standard applies to the Type III shaft head of the anchor type agitator of the pond glass with a nominal pressure less than or equal to 1.0MPa, a medium temperature higher than -20C and lower than or equal to 200C, and a nominal agitator speed of 63 and 80r/min. A2 This appendix specifies the type and main dimensions of the Type III agitator shaft head for the open mixing container of 50L to 4000L sugar glass. A3Ⅲ type shaft head type, basic parameters and dimensions are shown in Figure A1 and Table A1. A4 Except for the relevant dimensions of the glass agitator with Type Ⅱ agitator shaft head in this appendix Table A1, the other dimensions are the same as those of the glass agitator with Type I agitator shaft head.
