HG 3-1164-78
The standard solutions, impurity standard solutions, preparations and products required for the determination shall be prepared in accordance with the provisions of GB601-77, GB602-77 and GB603-77. 1. Determination of NaB(CH4)4 content: Weigh 0.2 g of sample to the nearest 0.0002 g. Dissolve in 100 ml of water, add 1 ml of glacial acetic acid and quickly add 10 ml of 3% potassium nitrate solution under stirring. Keep warm in a 50-55°C water bath for 30 minutes and cool. Place in an ice bath for 30 minutes and filter with a constant weight No. 4 glass filter crucible. Wash the precipitate with 20 ml of clear saturated tetraphenylborate potassium solution four times, and then wash the precipitate with 20 ml of water four times. Bake at 105-110°C to constant weight. The content of NaB(C.Hs)% (X) is calculated according to the following formula: G,×0. 9550×100
Wherein: --sample weight, g;
G.\-precipitate weight, g;
0.9550--coefficient of converting KB(CH,)4 into NaB(C.Hs) Issued by the Ministry of Petrochemical Industry of the People's Republic of China

2. Potassium chlorination test: Weigh 3.42 grams of sample and dissolve it in 100 ml of water (solution 1). Take 0, 0.005, 0.010.015 mg of K and 1 drop of 30% acetic acid respectively, dilute to 3 ml, add 1 ml of "solution I", shake, let stand for 5 minutes, and compare with the blank. There should be a clear difference in turbidity.
3. Impurity determination: The sample must be weighed to 0.01 g. (1) Clarity test: Weigh 0.5 g of sample, weigh to 0.01 g, and dissolve in 100 ml of ammonia-free water. The clarity should not be greater than the clarity standard:
Analytical pure
: No. 5.
Chemical pure
(2) Acetone solubility test: Weigh 0.2 g of sample and dissolve in 5 ml of acetone. The solution should be clear and free of mechanical impurities. (3) Loss on drying: Weigh 1 g of sample, place in a constant-weight weighing bottle, and weigh to 0.0002 g. Dry at 105-110℃ until the weight is reduced, and calculate the weight loss percentage from the reduced weight. IV. Packaging and marking
1. Packaging: in accordance with the provisions of HG3-119-64. Inner packaging form: Gz-2;
Outer packaging form: 1-1, I, Zui;
Packing unit: Class 2.
2. Marking: in accordance with the provisions of HG3-119--64. 1279
