This mechanical industry standard for blades and bolts for bulldozers, scrapers and graders includes the following parts: Part 1 (i.e. JB/T2648.1): J The main shapes and basic dimensions of blades: Part 2 (i.e. JB/『2648.2): Technical requirements for blades: Part 3 (i.e. JI3/『2648.3): The standard for bolts for blades Part 1 is formulated based on the international standard ISO71291989 "Upper machinery - Pushers, transporters and graders - Blades: Three main shapes and basic dimensions" drafted by the International Organization for Standardization IS0/TC127 Earthmoving Machinery Technical Committee. The technical content is equivalent to this international standard.
Part 3 of the standard, the section on the shape and dimensions of the screw rod for blades is formulated based on the international standard ISO71291989 "Upper machinery - Pushers, transporters and graders - Blades: Three main shapes and basic dimensions" drafted by the International Organization for Standardization IS0/TC127 Earthmoving Machinery Technical Committee. The technical content is equivalent to this international standard. Appendix A in Part 3 is the standard appendix. This standard shall be implemented from January 1, 1996, and replace JB2648-81. This standard was proposed by Tianjin Engineering Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry and is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. Part 1 and Part 2 of this standard were drafted by Tianjin Engineering Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry; Part 3 of this standard was jointly drafted by Tianjin Engineering Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry and Shenyang Screw Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Wu Runcai, Yang Yuyi, and Shenyang Screw Factory. 1 Scope JB/T2648.1 This standard specifies the main cross-sectional shape and basic dimensions of blades for bulldozers, scrapers and flatbed trucks, the position of the mounting screw holes, and the shape and dimensions of the holes. The blade size adopted takes into account the interdependence requirements. This standard applies to bulldozers, scrapers and graders defined by GFB8498. 2 Reference standards
The clauses contained in the following standards constitute non-standard clauses through reference in this standard. When the non-standard is published, the versions shown in the following standards are valid. All standards will be revised. Parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. GB 8198-87 Mechanical Basic Types 3 Main shapes and basic dimensions of the cross-section of the blade The main shapes and basic dimensions of the cross-section of the blade shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 and Table 2. 4 Position of mounting bolt holes
4.1 The positions of mounting bolt holes are listed in Tables 3 and 4. 4.2 The position tolerance of each tapered countersunk hole shall not exceed 3.2 mml. 4.3 The straightness tolerance of the blade shall not exceed 2 mm/ml. 5 Shape and size of mounting bolt holes
5.1 The shape and size of mounting bolt holes are listed in Table 5. 5.2 The tolerance of the inscribed circle of the square hole and the conical countersunk hole shall not exceed 0.8 mm1 Table 1, bulldozer and scraper
