3 Terms
3.1 Interelectrode leakage current (insulation current) Interelectrode leakage current refers to the conduction current that flows between two or more electrodes in any way (except the current flowing through the vacuum gap between electrodes) under the specified working conditions. 3.2 Interelectrode insulation resistance The ohm value that indicates the degree of insulation between electrodes. 4 Electrical schematics
5 Test equipment and test rules
The test equipment and test rules shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3789.1. 6 Test methods
6.1 Connect the electrodes to be tested to the A and B terminals, and the other electrodes are disconnected. Add voltage (the voltage value is specified in the product standard. If there is no specification, it should be 500V). At this time, the indication value of the Huian meter is the leakage current (or the scale is the insulation resistance value). If the polarity of the applied voltage is not specified, the test should be carried out under two polarities (that is, under the two positions of the conversion switch). And read the smaller resistance value (or the larger current value) as the test result.
6.2 When testing the insulation resistance between the cathode and the filament, it must be carried out when the cathode is heated and the other electrodes are disconnected. If the preheating time is not specified in the product standard, it should be 3min. When testing the insulation resistance between the cathode and other electrodes, if the filament is in the heated state, only the cathode is allowed to be at a positive potential. www.bzxz.net
