This standard is derived from the foreign chemical industry standard H/25.? 1. The analytical method for the content of insoluble matter in ascharite ores is formulated according to the standard. From the date of implementation, it is in accordance with H/12955.71982. This standard is issued according to the Policy and Regulations Department of the State Administration of Petroleum and Chemical Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Chemical Industry Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting unit of this standard is: Yungang Design and Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The main drafters of this standard are: Wu Heping, Zhang Yuetie. This standard was first issued in 1966 as the standard issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry; 1:5S Research on unified analysis method for alumina; in 1992 it was issued as the national standard GB3447.7-82 Analysis method for non-acid-containing substances in alumina: In 1997 it was adjusted to the standard for the chemical industry. The original national standard GB3447.-82 was revised to TIG/T2956.7--u52.25. 1 Scope Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Determination of acid-insoluble matter content in boron magnesium ore by gravimetric method Agcharite nre

GI/T501, 1988 Chemical reagents for quantitative analysis (standard preparation for quantitative analysis)./T5321992 Analytical practice Laboratory water specifications and test methods (eg) IS3592: 1987. 3 Method summary
Under certain conditions, the sample is decomposed with 1% hydrochloric acid. The sample is not decomposed by evaporation, burning or treatment. 4 Reagents and liquids
The water used in this standard should comply with the first-class water in GB/T6692. The listed reagents, except for special slurries, refer to the following reagents: 4.1 Hydrochloric acid solution 1=,
4.2 Liquid: 199
, 3 Mineral Silver acid solution: 13@/L..
Silver aldehyde is dissolved in water, 5ml of 1-1 nitric acid is added, diluted with water to 100ml, and stored in a red bottle: 5 Sample
The sample passes through a 1211 test sieve (/6003.1) and is cooled in a desiccator at 105~110℃ for 2 hours until it is damp. 6 Analysis step
6.1 Take 2 samples (accurate to 0.302), place them in a 23ml. gauge cup, and add 40m2 of hydrochloric acid solution (4 .1) Heat on a hot plate until slightly boiling at 11°C, remove and rinse the surface and beaker wall with a little water, slowly sieve with hot hydrochloric acid (4.2) and precipitate 4 to 6 times, then wash with hot water until the filter contains chloride ions (use silver nitrate to dissolve: 6.2). Put the residue together with the filter into a porcelain well that has been calcined to constant weight and dry it to ashes. Burn in a high-temperature furnace at 950°C for 15 minutes, collect the slices, cool in a dryer and weigh the last 30 grams. Repeat the calcination for 32 minutes until constant weight is reached. National Economic and Trade Commission 2002-01-24 approved 2002-07-01 actual analysis results expressed in terms of mass fraction (HG/T2956.7) Acid insoluble matter content (%) is calculated according to formula 1) xm1-:x230 where ·…· is the mass and code is the mass. ·g1 is the mass of the test column.
