This standard is a revision of CB*3005-85 "Basic parameters of marine plunger type hydraulic cylinders" and CB*3317-87 "Installation form and connection dimensions of marine plunger type hydraulic cylinders", merging the two standards into one standard to make the standard more reasonable and convenient to use. In the revision process, the latest versions of international and national standards are cited as much as possible. Spherical bearings are selected according to the external dimensions of radial spherical bearings in GB/T9163-1990.
From the date of implementation of this standard, it will replace CB*3005-85 and CB*3317-87 at the same time. This standard is proposed and managed by the Hydraulic and Pneumatic Subcommittee of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Marine Machinery. The drafting units of this standard are: China Shipbuilding Industry Comprehensive Technology and Economic Research Institute, Chongqing Hydraulic Parts Factory. The main drafters of this standard are: Cai Zhenzhong, Zeng Ersheng. This standard was first issued (trial implementation) in 1977 and revised in 1985 and 1987. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the basic parameters and installation connection dimensions of marine plunger hydraulic cylinders. This standard is applicable to marine plunger hydraulic cylinders (hereinafter referred to as cylinders) that use mineral-based hydraulic fluid as the working medium and perform reciprocating linear motion. 2
