According to the different types of machine tools, the pads are divided into type B and type H. The type is the ground screw grid that connects the main pad iron center through the center, which fixes the fastener to the machine tool and can be installed on the side. The installation diagram is shown in Figure 3. The screw is stolen.
Type A is a kind of ground screw price. There are two screws in the center of the whole iron. The pad has a double head and is lightly fixed to the machine tool. It can also be installed with examples. The installation example is 4. Table 3.
Type B is a ground screw price. The pad is different from the machine tool. It is pre-installed. 3

6. Technical requirements
6.1 Sliding material, the specification number is HT200 specified in B9439-8K or other metals with a strength not less than FT200. The specification wave number is 11352-89 standard 2G230-450 strength not less than 2G220-40 other materials. 6.2 The material of the joint ball, gasket, and adjusting screw is 5 steel specified in GB699-1 or other metal materials with arc change less than 10 bridges. 6.3 The material is HF203 specified in GB439R9 with a strength not less than 10 HR290 other metals. 6.4 The anchor bolts shall meet the requirements of GE799. The surface of the steel product should be bluing treated. The surface of the material should not have cracks, warping, or obvious blistering. (.6 The frequency pattern of the key joint parts should be H-grade internal frequency pattern and 6g-grade external thread according to CB19-81. 7 All moving parts should move smoothly. When no-load, they can be adjusted as needed, and the force can be felt. 6.B The appearance is flat and smooth, and shall not be loaded. Test and inspection

Put the cushion on the workbench and slowly load it to the maximum load , keep it for 5 minutes and then remove the load. All parts should be free of cracks and deformations, and the feeling of hanging should be able to maintain the ability to adjust. B. Marking, packaging and storage
8.1 The product logo should be clearly displayed in the whole product label: the content of the product label is as follows: i) Product name, model, b) Manufacturer's name, and b) Date of publication and manufacturing number.
8.2 Please do not use a box to pack, which should be moisture-proof, anti-collision and anti-condensation. The box should be accompanied by a product certificate. 8.3 The packaging box should have the manufacturer's name, model, manufacturer's name, date of publication, and other marks. 4 The product should be placed in a dry room

6. Technical requirements
