Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection classification
7.1.1 Factory inspection: The specifications and appearance of the grinding cylinder shall be fully inspected. 7.1.2 Type inspection: The technical requirements listed in this standard are all type inspection items. Under normal circumstances, the physical and mechanical properties of the grinding cylinder rubber shall be inspected once a month.
7.2 Judgment rules
If the specifications or appearance do not meet the requirements of this standard, it shall be judged as a substandard product. 331
HG/T2795—-1996
Physical and mechanical properties Sufficient samples shall be randomly selected for testing every month. If one indicator does not meet the requirements, double samples shall be taken for retesting of the item. If it still does not meet the requirements, the product of that month shall be a substandard product. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
8.1 The grinding cylinder should be packaged in a way that will not damage its performance. 8.2 Each package should be accompanied by a product certificate and indicate the product mark, trademark, manufacturer name, production date, inspector code, etc. 8.3 During transportation and storage, the grinding cylinder should be protected from direct sunlight, rain and snow, and should not come into contact with organic solvents such as gasoline and kerosene, as well as corrosive media.
8.4 During transportation and storage, the ambient temperature of the grinding cylinder should not be higher than 40°C, and it should be kept dry and ventilated. 8.5 Under the conditions specified in 8.3 and 8.4 of this standard, the effective shelf life of the grinding cylinder is one year from the date of production. 332
