5 Test method
Appearance: According to Appendix A of GB1981.
The appearance of the paint liquid shall be carried out according to Article A1.
Appearance of paint film: according to A2.
5.2Viscosity: according to Appendix B of GB1981. JB/T7094—1993
5.3Solid content: according to Article 2.3 of GB1981. 5.4Flash point: according to Article 2.5 of GB1981. 5.5Thick layer curing ability: according to Article 2.7 of GB1981. The baking conditions are to increase the temperature at a rate of 10℃/20min, keep it at (120±2)℃ for 6h, and then increase the temperature to (150±2)℃ and keep it for 16h. 5.6Stability of paint in the hot container: according to Article 2.10 of GB1981. The added solvent is xylene-butanol solvent, and the ratio is xylene:butanol=4:1.
Effect of paint on enameled wire: According to Article 2.11 of GB1981, use 155 grade enameled wire with a diameter of 1.0mm. 5.7
5.8Volume resistivity: According to Article 3.4 of GB1981. The conditions for preparing the paint film are: drying for 3h after the first immersion, drying for 6h after the second immersion, and the drying temperature is (160±2)℃. 5.9Electrical strength: According to Article 3.5 of GB1981. The conditions for preparing the paint film are the same as Article 5.8 of this standard. 5.10Solvent vapor resistance: According to Appendix E of GB1981. Glass cloth is selected as the substrate, and the conditions for preparing the paint film are the same as Article 5.8 of this standard. Elasticity: According to Article 3.1 of GB1981. The conditions for preparing the paint film are: drying for 3h after the first immersion, drying for 3h after the second immersion, and the drying temperature is (160±2)℃. Paint film baking conditions: (180 ± 2) ℃, 30h. Temperature index: in accordance with the "Note" specified in GB11027. 5.12
Inspection rules
The factory test items are 1, 2, 3, 8 (1) and 9 (2) in Table 1 of this standard. 6.1
6.2 Type test items are 1 to 11 in Table 1 of this standard. The temperature index is a product identification test item. Other items should comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 2 of GB10579.
