②The moisture content of glass bottle packaging products is not specified. ③The moisture content of gas cylinder packaging products refers to the moisture content when the pressure after filling is 5MPa. Whether to inspect is determined by the supply and demand parties. 4 Test method
4.1 Purity
Nitrogen purity () is expressed in volume fraction and calculated according to formula (1): $=100 (+++++) × 10-4
Wherein: Φ——Nitrogen purity, 10-2
d——Nitrogen content (volume fraction), 10-6; 10-6-Hydrogen content (volume fraction), 10-°, Φ——Total carbon content (volume fraction), 10-; 10-Water content (volume fraction), 10-°; 10--Rat content (volume fraction), 10-. 4.2 Determination of hydrogen, oxygen (fluorine) and nitrogen content
Test according to the provisions of 4.2 of GB/T5828-1995. 4.3 Determination of total carbon content
Test according to the provisions of 4.4 of GB/T5828-1995. 4.4 Determination of water content
Test according to the provisions of GB/T5832.1. 4.5 Determination of content
Test according to the method specified in 4.2 of GB/T5828-1995. (1)
4.5.1 Chromatographic column 2 uses a stainless steel tube with a length of 3m and an inner diameter of 4mm, filled with 0.15~~~0.10mm Porapak Q. A retention column 3 is connected in series behind the column through a switching valve 4. The retention column is 0.7m long, with an inner diameter of 4mm, and filled with 0.40~0.25mm 5A molecular sieve, and is activated by nitrogen at 300C for 4h.
4.5.2 Switch valve 9 and valve 4 to connect column 2 and column 3 to the chromatographic system. During the sample determination operation, when the main component nitrogen peaks (or is about to peak), immediately switch valve 4 to cut out most of the nitrogen. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Nitrogen shall be inspected and accepted by the quality supervision department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard, and shall ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the requirements of this standard.
5.2 Nitrogen packed in gas cylinders shall be inspected bottle by bottle. If any of the inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, the bottle product shall be unqualified. 5.3 Krypton packed in glass bottles shall be inspected in batches, and the batch submitted for inspection shall consist of products filled once. One bottle shall be randomly selected from each batch of products for inspection. If any of the inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, two bottles shall be randomly selected from the same batch of products for inspection. If any of the inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch of products shall be unqualified. 5.4 Users have the right to conduct inspection and acceptance in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 5.5 If the supply and demand parties have objections to the quality of the product, they may jointly inspect or apply for arbitration. 6 Packaging, marking, storage and transportation
6.1 Gas cylinder packaging
6.1.1 The pressure of gas cylinder packaging shall be filled according to the user's needs, but shall not exceed 5.5MPa at 20℃. The pressure gauge shall not be lower than level f1.5.
The amount of gas in the cylinder shall be determined by weighing. The ratio of the maximum scale to the sensitivity of the balance shall be better than 105. The volume of the gas is calculated according to formula (2) i181
Where: V
GB/T 5829-1995
Volume of krypton gas (101.3 kPa, 20℃), m2; sum of the mass of the gas cylinder and the mass of the gas, kg; mass of the gas cylinder, kg;
The density of nitrogen at -101.3 kPa, 20℃ is 3.49 kg/m2 (2)
6.1.2 The packaging, marking, storage and transportation of gas cylinders shall comply with the provisions of the "Gas Cylinder Safety Supervision Regulations", GB190, GB5099, GB7144 and GB11640.
6.1.3 The residual pressure in the gas cylinder returned from the user shall not be less than 0.05 MPa. 6.1.4 New bottles, those that have been repaired or hydraulically tested, and those that are contaminated without residual pressure should be heated and evacuated. 6.2 Glass bottle packaging
6.2.1 The filling pressure of krypton gas in glass bottles should not be lower than 86.6 kPa. The volume of the glass bottle should be corrected. The volume of the gas is calculated according to formula (3):
P,×V×T
Wu Zhong: V
gas volume (101.3 kPa, 20℃), L; PbZxz.net
standard atmospheric pressure (101.3 kPa);
T-—293 K;
V,——the volume of the glass bottle, L;
Pi—the pressure of the filling gas, kPa;
Ti—the actual temperature of the gas, K.
6.2.2 Glass bottles for packaging nitrogen should be packed in cardboard boxes or calcium plastic boxes, and the boxes should be marked with the words and logo of "fragile, shockproof". 6.3 Products should be accompanied by a product quality certificate when leaving the factory, and its contents include: a.
Manufacturer name;
Product name and grade;
Production date or batch number;
Container volume (L), cylinder pressure (MPa) and gas quantity (m\); Cylinder number and mass (kg);
Implementation standard code.
