This standard specifies the construction design, construction preparation, operation procedures, quality control and safety requirements in the process of drilling and milling drillable packers in oil, gas and water wells.
This standard applies to the drilling and milling construction of drillable packers for Φ177.8mm casings. The drilling and milling construction of drillable packers of other specifications can also be implemented as a reference.
2 Terminology
2.1 Casing method
Drilling and milling of drillable packers using a casing milling shoe with a fishing device. Applicable to drilling and milling construction that requires the removal of packer remnants and lower structures.
2.2 Casing method
Drilling and milling of drillable packers using a casing milling shoe without a fishing device. Applicable to drilling and milling construction that does not require the removal of packer remnants. 2.3 Drilling method
Drilling and milling of drillable packers using other tools. Applicable to drilling and milling construction that does not require the removal of packer remnants. 3 Construction design
The construction design shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A (Supplement). 4 Construction preparation
4.1 Preparation of drilling and milling pipe
a: Drill pipe or Φ73mm (27/8in) external thickened oil pipe, drill chain (mass must be greater than 2t) and matching joints) b. Milling shoes can be selected, such as sleeve milling shoes, roller drill bits, concave milling shoes, flat-bottomed milling shoes, etc. 4.2 Preparation of special tools and equipment on the ground
a, the parallel port must have a safe parallel control device, b, there must be a calibrated and qualified tension gauge (weight gauge) and pressure gauge. 4.3 Selection of well killing fluid and well killing method
Select well killing fluid and well killing method according to the parallel conditions. 5 Operation procedure
Before drilling and milling, the accurate sealing position of the packer and the lower structure of the packer must be clear. 5.1 Casing method
5.1.1 See Figure 1 for the schematic diagram of the pipe string structure.
5.1.2 The initial drilling pressure on the packer can be carried out according to the following steps. Approved by the Ministry of Energy of the People's Republic of China on March 27, 1993 and implemented on September 1, 1993

51.2.1 Slowly lower the pipe string to make the packer bear 10~20kN drilling pressure. At this time, mark the pipe string. Lift the pipe string so that the grinding shoe or drill bit is 1~2m away from the packer
5.1.2.2 Rotate the pipe string at a speed of 60~~100r/min, and slowly lower the pipe and start circulation at the same time. The circulating fluid return speed must be above 0.8m/s.
.5.1.2.3 It takes about 15 minutes to gradually make the packer bear 10~~20kN drilling pressure. The torque shall not exceed the torsional servo limit of the weakest part of the drill string.
5.1.3 Drill and mill at a drilling pressure of 10~~20kN until the packer is freed from constraints. 5.1.4 Slowly lift the tubing string, pay close attention to the changes in the weight gauge, and slowly lift it when encountering resistance to remove the remaining packer. .5.2 Milling method
5.2.1 See Figure 2 for a schematic diagram of the tubing string structure.
5.2.2 See 5.1.2 for the initial drilling pressure on the packer. 15.2.3 See 5.1.3 for drilling and milling of the packer. 5.2.4 After the packer is freed from constraints, push its remaining part to the artificial bottom. When no fish is allowed to be left at the bottom of the well, continue drilling and milling. If drilling and milling cannot remove it, lower the salvage tool to drop the fish and pull it dry. Oo

5.3 Drilling method

6 Quality control and safety requirements
6.1 Quality control

6.1.1 When there is fish on the upper part of the drillable packer, the fish must be salvaged. 6.1.2 When there are drillable tools on the lower part of the packer and they all need to be drilled and milled out, the upper packer can be released and pushed to the top of the next tool without large drilling pressure, and drilling and milling can be continued until the drilling and milling purpose is achieved. When drilling and milling cannot be removed, the remaining packer must be salvaged cleanly, and then other drillable tools can be drilled and milled.
6.1.3 The performance of the repair fluid is based on the principle of no spraying, no leakage, no damage to the oil layer, and strong carrying capacity. 6.1.4 The design date and requirements must be met after the operation. 6.1.5 All the data recorded in the construction summary must be complete, accurate and accurate. The construction summary should comply with the provisions of Appendix B (Supplement). 6.2 Safety requirements
6.2.1 If it is necessary to start drilling for some reason, the repair fluid must be circulated for more than one week. 6.2.2 If there is no footage during drilling and milling, the drilling pressure must not be increased blindly to avoid damaging the casing. 6.2.3 When drilling and milling, the operation must be carried out according to the instructions of the drilling and milling tools used. 3:
