Some standard content:
This standard, which has been compiled in accordance with the requirements of GB/T1.1-1993 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Unit 1: Basic Provisions for the Preparation of Standards", and with reference to relevant domestic and foreign literature on expression rules and relevant parts of the standards for imported Thai rice, American rice, Pakistani rice, Vietnamese rice and Chinese exported rice, will replace ZBX11008-1986 and ZE 9.2-1983 from the date of its implementation. 9.2-1983 "Export Rice Inspection Operating Procedures", ZBX11008-1986 "Import Thai Rice and White Glutinous Rice Inspection Procedures" This standard is proposed and managed by the State Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the People's Republic of China. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Shanghai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the People's Republic of China. The main drafters of this standard: Guan Yuliang, Zou Hong, Gu Jinyi. 1 Scope
This standard specifies the inspection method for the whole and broken composition of imported and exported rice. This standard is applicable to the inspection of the whole and broken composition of imported and exported rice. 2 Referenced standards

5.1.1 Balance: sensitivity 0.01g
5.1.2 Broken rice selection screen: round hole screen with aperture 2.0,

5.2 Broken rice inspection
5.2.1 Screening method
Weigh about 50 samples from the sample that has been inspected for impurities, put them into the broken rice selection sieve with a specified aperture, and place them in the order of sieve cover, large-hole sieve, small-hole sieve, and sieve bottom from top to bottom. Go back and forth 60 times on the electric screening machine, and each back and forth is one time. After screening, collect the sieve or sieve under the sieve layer, and skim the thin and intact grains from the small broken rice under the 2.0 mm aperture sieve lmir
sieve 30 times
and weigh them. Calculate the percentage of small broken rice according to formula (1). s(%) = m1 ×100
Wherein: S-percentage of small broken rice, %:
\,-mass of small broken rice, g:
\-mass of sample
From the sample after the small broken rice inspection, separate the large broken rice according to the regulations, weigh it, and calculate the percentage of large broken rice according to formula (2). L(%) =
Wherein: L-percentage of large broken rice,
\2Mass of large broken rice, g:
\-mass of sample. .
5.2.2 Mechanical separation method
Pour the rice grains that rise from the deep sieve
into the rice grains, and then discard the broken rice, which is greater than 30% of the whole rice.
Wherein: L and S have the same interpretation as formula (1) and formula (2): B-percentage of total broken rice, 2.
5.3 Whole grain inspection
Specify the rice grains containing two-thirds of the total rice grains in the sample, and then weigh the large broken rice. Calculate the percentage of large broken rice according to formula (2), and calculate the total broken rice according to formula (3): B(%) = L+S
Select about 50 samples from the samples that have been inspected for impurities, and weigh the whole grains in the samples according to the definition of whole grains. Calculate the percentage P(%) according to formula (4):
Where: P is the percentage of whole grain content, \: m is the mass of the sample, g:
\s is the mass of whole grains, g
5.4 Result expression
The results of formula (1) to (4) are calculated. According to the provisions of GB=T8170, the test results are counted to the first decimal place. 4
