4.1The product composition shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the product drawings and technical documents in the prescribed order. Import lengthbzxZ.net

4.2All parts (including purchased parts, outsourced parts, and standard parts) must be inspected and qualified by the factory quality inspection department before assembly. 4.3The quality of the melt mold chain shall comply with the provisions of /r7[62. 4.4 The quality of the entire steel mold shall comply with the provisions of T7. 4.5 The quality of heat-treated parts shall comply with the provisions of 1B/T7161. 4.6 The quality of machined parts shall comply with the provisions of /T7164. 4.7 The quality of joint parts shall comply with the provisions of JR/T7167. 4.8 The assembly quality of products shall comply with the provisions of [book /T7165]. 4.9 The cleanliness of products shall meet the requirements of Table 2. 4.10 The coating quality of products shall comply with the provisions of JB9857, and the anti-rust quality of products shall comply with the provisions of JBT3576. 5 Test method
51 The axial force of the product shall be inspected under the acceptance atmosphere, and its value shall not be less than 70% of the theoretical calculated withdrawal thrust of the specific product, and there shall be no sticking.
5.2 The performance test of the product shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 5621, and the cleanliness test of the product shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JR/T4041. 2
6 Inspection rules

6.1 The product shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by technical documents proving the quality of the product. 6.2 Before the test, the assembly quality of the product shall meet the requirements of 4.8. 6.3 The product shall be retrospectively type-tested in the following circumstances: a) products that have been manufactured (including old products when they are transferred to the factory for production); b) when the product has major changes in design, process and materials used; c) when the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; d) products produced in batches or in large quantities, once every 5 years. 6.4 Products that undergo type inspection shall be randomly sampled from qualified products. 6.5 When checking the quality of the product: the sample shall be checked according to the standard of GB/T2828. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Each product shall be marked with the following contents: a) Manufacturer name or trademark:
b) Product model and product name:
) Product number:
d) Date of manufacture (year, month)
7.2 The quality of product packaging shall comply with the provisions of JB/7302.
3 The product packaging box shall be accompanied by the following technical documents: packing list;
b) Product certificate;
c) Product use and maintenance instructions.
7.4 When this product is supplied as a set with other products, it can be packaged together with other products. In addition to the technical documents and product certificate required by the product, the packing list and use and maintenance instructions can be combined with the packing list and use and maintenance instructions of other products into one set. 7.5 The product should be waterproof, moisture-proof and sun-proof during transportation and storage.
