3.1 Ceramics: used with food Contact ceramics such as porcelain, chinaware, glazed and unglazed earthenware. 3.2 Flat products: Ceramics whose depth from the lowest internal plane of the product to the horizontal plane of the mouth edge is less than 25 mm. 3.3 Hollow products: Ceramic products whose depth from the lowest internal plane of the product to the horizontal plane of the mouth edge is greater than or equal to 25 mm.
