This standard specifies the type and size, material, appearance and surface roughness, inspection and testing rules and test methods, and technical specifications for packaging, transportation and storage of carbide inserts for impact drills and electric hammer drills. This standard is applicable to carbide inserts for impact drills and electric hammer drills. 2 Reference Standards
The provisions of the following standards shall be incorporated into the provisions of this standard by reference in this standard. When this standard is issued, the versions shown are valid. 5 Material
The sheet material is made of YBR5 specified YG8, YG&C, YG1IC grade hard alloy or other high-quality metal with performance above the same level, and its physical and mechanical properties shall conform to the specifications of the relevant metal standards. 6 Appearance and surface roughness
6. The surface should be treated with sand or polishing, and there will be no defects such as peeling, blistering, and fading. The height of the blade should not be greater than 0.2mm. (.30,000 pieces can be marked with a box with an upper limit of R, 12.5m:7 Inspection regulations and test methods
