1 Subject content and scope of application
JB/T7771-1995
This standard specifies the product model, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of epoxy low-solvent impregnation varnish.
This standard applies to Class B epoxy low-solvent impregnation varnish with a solid content of not less than 70% formed by dissolving E-type epoxy resin and vegetable oil anhydride in organic solvent.

The technical requirements of epoxy low-solvent impregnation varnish shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5 Test Methods
Appearance, viscosity, solid content, flash point
According to Appendix A, Appendix B and Articles 2.3 and 2.5 of GB1981 respectively. 5.2 Thick layer curing ability
According to Article 2.7 of GB1981. Drying conditions are to keep at 80±2℃ for 1h and then raise the temperature to 150±2℃ for 2h. The amount of paint is determined by the solid content, as shown in Table 2.
5.3 Stability of paint in bulk container
According to Article 2.10 of GB1981. The solvent added during the test should be the same solvent used for paint making. 5.4 Effect of paint on enameled wire
According to Article 2.11 of GB1981. QZ-2/130 polyester enameled wire with a nominal diameter of 1.000mm was selected. 5.5 Elasticity
According to Article 3.1 of GB1981. The drying condition for sample preparation is 145±2℃, 6h; the baking condition for test is 150±2℃, 96h.

The viscosity is adjusted with the same solvent used for paint making, and a small amount of accelerator can be added if necessary; the sample baking conditions are to bake at 145±2℃ until the paint film is dry after the first dip, and bake at 145±2℃ for 6h after the second dip. 5.7 Long-term heat resistance

Inspection rules
The factory inspection items are 1, 2, 3, 5, 9(a) and 10(a) in Table 1. The type inspection items are 1 to 11 in Table 1, and the 12th item, long-term heat resistance, is a product identification and finalization test item. Others should comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 2 of GB.10579. 6.3
Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 The storage period of the paint is 6 months from the date of leaving the factory. JB/T7771-1995
Others shall comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 3 and 4 of GB10579. 7.2
