When accepting the power box according to this standard, it is necessary to simultaneously accept the remaining acceptance items of GB/T9061, JB/T9872, J/T9874, JB/1S34 and other standards that are not specified in this standard. 4 Manufacturing quality
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 The connection size of the power box shall comply with the provisions of GBT3668.5. 4.1.2 The quality requirements of gray cast iron parts must comply with the provisions of GB399, and the mechanical properties of other materials shall comply with the requirements of the grades specified in the drawing and the corresponding standards.
4.1.3 There should be no cracks on the parts, and there should be no sand holes, pores, shrinkage holes, or slag inclusions on the joint surfaces of castings and the outer machined surfaces of parts. For casting defects that do not affect the performance, repairs are allowed according to relevant regulations. 4.1.4 The manufacture of all parts of the power box should comply with the provisions of the design drawings and relevant technical documents. There should be no sharp edges and corners, and the machined surfaces should be free of rust, burrs, silicon bumps, scratches, and other defects. 4.1.5 After passing the test and testing, the outer machined surfaces of the power box as a commodity should be painted with corresponding colors. The coating requires consistent color and gloss, relatively uniform thickness, smooth and flat appearance, and should not have defects such as scars and scratches. The assembly joint surface and the non-machined surface should be clearly demarcated. Approved by the Machinery Industry Bureau on May 20, 1999, and implemented on January 1, 2000
4.2 Box body

4.2.1 The power box is a casting that is used for machining. After machining, it must be tested. 4.2.2 The bottom surface of the box (the joint surface with the sliding surface) is an important joint surface. The contact quality should be tested according to the relevant provisions of JB1534.
4.2.3 The end surface of the box (the joint surface with the multi-axis box) is a particularly important joint surface. Its contact quality should be tested according to the relevant provisions of JB/1534.
4.2.4 The machining accuracy of the bottom surface, end surface and two positioning sleeve holes of the box should comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T9892.1. 4.3 Quality and precision of the motor
The quality and precision of the motor should comply with the provisions of the relevant standards. 4.4 Assembly
4.4.! The components shall be assembled according to the assembly process. All parts assembled to the components (including purchased parts) shall meet the quality requirements. Other parts not specified in the drawings shall not be assembled. 4.4.2 When assembling bearings, the drive shaft shall not be subjected to impact force. The bearing shall not be damaged by other misalignment operations. 4.1.3 The axial position of the gear after assembly. When the gear wheel width is less than or equal to 20mm, the axial misalignment shall not be greater than 1mm: when the wheel rim width is greater than 20mm, the axial misalignment shall not exceed 5% of the wheel rim width. Note: When the two gear wheel widths are different, the axial misalignment shall be calculated according to the narrower one. 4.4.4 The mating surfaces of the components, the rims, the bearings and the lubrication pipes shall be cleaned during the matching process. The internal cleanliness of the gear box shall be tested by hand feeling method. There shall be no chips and other dirt. 5 Idle running test
3.1 Place the power box in the specified position: Perform an idle running test for at least ten hours, and the output speed should meet the design requirements. 5.2 The sound of the components during idle running should be uniform, and there should be no irregular rushing sound and periodic screaming. When measuring the noise, the level should not exceed 80dB [A measurement is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T16769. 5.3 After idle running, there should be no oil leakage on the outside of the box, the lubrication pipe head, and the motor installation. 9.4 During the idle running test, everything runs normally and smoothly. If any of the above items does not meet the requirements, the idle running test should be carried out again after the defects are eliminated until all requirements are met. 6 Geometric accuracy inspection
After idle running, the geometric accuracy of the power box should be inspected according to the items specified in 992.1, and the inspection results should be recorded in the product qualification certificate.
Packing
As a commodity, the packaging of the power box before leaving the factory should comply with the relevant provisions of GB9061-1988.
