Subject content and scope of application
GB11606.5—89
This standard specifies the grouping, test conditions and test methods of temperature change test for analytical instruments (hereinafter referred to as instruments). This standard is applicable to industrial process instruments or instruments used under harsh environmental conditions. 2 Temperature change test grouping
3 Test conditions
3.1 Requirements for test chambers (rooms)
3.1.1 The test chamber (room) should be able to provide the temperature specified in Chapter 2, with an allowable error of ±2°C. At the same time, the instrument should not be directly radiated by any heating and cooling elements.
3.1.2 The volume of the test box (room) should be three times the volume of the instrument. 3.2 Requirements for instruments
When the working space of the test box (room) is not enough for the whole machine test, if the instrument allows, it can be connected to the whole machine in the form of a sub-unit to form a system for separate tests.
4 Test method
4.1 Pretreatment
Place the instrument under normal (or reference) environmental conditions to allow it to reach temperature equilibrium. 4.2 Initial inspection
Inspect the instrument in accordance with the relevant standards. 4.3 Test
4.3.1 The instrument is placed in the test box (room). After the instrument works normally, it begins to cool down to the specified value (the cooling rate is less than 1℃/min). If there are no special requirements, it can also be heated first and then cooled down.
4.3.2 After the instrument reaches the test duration, immediately inspect the instrument at this temperature. The temperature of the test box (room) is heated to the specified value (the average heating rate is less than 1℃/min). 4.3.3
4.3.4 After the instrument reaches the test duration, immediately inspect the instrument at this temperature. 4.3.5 The test duration should be selected from the following times: 2, 4, 8h. If there is no separate provision, it is 2h. 4.3.6
