This standard is formulated based on GB10978.1-1989 Technical Conditions for Lead-acid Batteries for Explosion-proof Special Power Supply Devices in Coal Mines, the Coal Mine Safety Regulations issued by the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety Supervision, and the Technical Inspection Specifications for Explosion-proof Diesel Locomotives for Coal Mines (Trial Implementation) issued by the former Ministry of Coal Industry, as well as the technical parameters of similar products at home and abroad, and considering the needs of future development. This standard is proposed by the China Coal Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Coal Industry Coal Mine Special Equipment Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting unit of this standard is: Changzhou Research and Trial Production Center of the China Coal Research Institute.
